Description

  • Responsible for onboard and maintain global banking clients for the internet eBanking products to provide highest quality of service for their e-banking clients
  • Provide fast and accurate registration services for eBanking products
  • Communicate by phone, e-mail, instant messaging, and Jira to the APAC client facing teams, Implementation managers and directly with clients
  • Fulfil urgent registration related requests by joining on-call-duty rotation roster
  • Participate to drive, innovate and optimize the internet eBanking support and registration activities

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or relevant discipline
  • Fresh graduate or candidates with 3+ years of working experience in internet eBanking product setup support, Cash Management or Trade, Supply Chain Management within banking industry
  • Strong knowledge in Jira with preferred knowledge in Internet application usage or internet security concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Able to participate in duty roster for Hong Kong holiday and weekend support, working from home or at office
