Description
- Responsible for onboard and maintain global banking clients for the internet eBanking products to provide highest quality of service for their e-banking clients
- Provide fast and accurate registration services for eBanking products
- Communicate by phone, e-mail, instant messaging, and Jira to the APAC client facing teams, Implementation managers and directly with clients
- Fulfil urgent registration related requests by joining on-call-duty rotation roster
- Participate to drive, innovate and optimize the internet eBanking support and registration activities
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or relevant discipline
- Fresh graduate or candidates with 3+ years of working experience in internet eBanking product setup support, Cash Management or Trade, Supply Chain Management within banking industry
- Strong knowledge in Jira with preferred knowledge in Internet application usage or internet security concepts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Able to participate in duty roster for Hong Kong holiday and weekend support, working from home or at office
