- Handle the documentation of onboarding new corporate customer and data maintenance of existing customer in compliance with the related procedures and service standard
- Process online banking applications and system maintenance
- Maintain the client information with accuracy and up to date
- Ensure all account opening and maintenance cases are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures/guidelines
- Provide advisory supports and assistance to Business partners related to customer onboarding and data maintenance, and work closely with Business to contribute positively on the documentation checking process
Requirements
- 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- 1-2 years experience in handling corporate customer onboarding experience is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to negotiate, persuade & influence for desirable results
- Customer-oriented, attentive to details, compliance and control oriented, diligent, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

The role
