Job Description:

• Responsible for new client onboarding, existing client periodic review/ trigger event, etc for Private Banking clients;
• Managing the end-to-end process of new account requests, including case review and follow-through until account setup is complete;
• Review a wide range of account opening and client documentation submitted by frontline to ensure accuracy, completeness and in line with the Bank's compliance and KYC requirements and well as the regulatory requirements;
• Review clients' source of wealth (SOW) profiles, conducting background checks, and verifying supporting documents to ensure proper corroboration of SOW;
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper document upload into the onboarding system;
• Work as a team and collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure PB business comply with the AML requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of experience in account opening/ account reviews including KYC / SOW review within the financial services industry. Preferably within the Private Banking industry;
• Good knowledge of private banking products and good understanding of relevant HKMA and SFC rules, regulations, practices and guidelines would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• A good team player with strong business acumen and analytical skills;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients in the Commercial Banking segment, providing tailored banking solutions to support their business needs.
