You will work closely with senior leadership and global investment teams to deliver the firm’s full value proposition and support the execution of China growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales plans and manage existing institutional relationships
- Represent investment capabilities at client meetings and industry events
- Collaborate with global investment and client servicing teams
- Support RFPs, pitches, and due diligence processes
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
- Contribute to global initiatives and cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in institutional sales or client servicing within asset management
- Strong understanding of China’s offshore investment landscape
- Fluent in English and native-level Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as required
