- Able to work under pressure and independently;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must; and
- Immediately available is highly preferred.

Job Purpose And Objectives
- Support financial close process of a licensed corporate with SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 licenses and group reporting
- Prepare regulatory returns under the Financial Resources Rules for submission to the Securities and Futures Commission
- Execute the relevant internal control activities relating to financial close and regulatory reporting processes
- Coordinate with Regional Office (RO) Finance and other relevant functions to deliver the aforementioned objectives
- Support treasury functions
- Assist in Business Plan and Strategic Plan process
- Support ad hoc management reporting and development of new business initiatives which will require technical accounting research and financial impact modeling
- Experience in handling relevant SFC regulatory reporting
- Capable of organizing information from multiple sources into meaningful business information
- Capable of multitasking and working in cultural environment
- Has the ability to professionally communicate with multiple stakeholders of various levels (e.g., executive secretaries, department heads, functional leaders etc.)
- Varied problems would be faced by this job as we are expected that the business will continue to evolve. It will require the candidate to be agile and proactive in coming up with solutions and ways of working to ensure sustainable outcomes.
- As our business involves a lot of stakeholders across business units and functions in the region, ability to appreciate our impacts on others and develop appropriate solutions is critical.
- Some degree of influence is required as the candidate would be required to work with other functions to develop processes which are sustainable and would require effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- University graduate in business-related degree
- CPA qualification is a must

We are seeking a motivated and all rounded Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Investment Management Division. The ideal candidate will be part of the Asia Marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our investment capabilities and services, enhance client engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in Asia. This role provides opportunity to work with Distribution teams in different markets in Asia with wide exposures to all aspects of Marketing.
Principal Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for investment capabilities and products, including digital marketing, email marketing, and print materials.
- Event Management: Organize and promote events such as webinars, industry conferences, and coordinate with vendors to ensure all logistics are managed effectively.
- Content Creation and collateral management: Collaborate with the regional team and global team to create compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts. Review marketing collateral in traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese.
- Digital Marketing: manage website content curation, email marketing, and amplify social media presence and influence.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities for optimization.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Vendor and Agency Management: Select and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including advertising, media, print, and PR agencies etc.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and other control functions and firmwide functions to ensure adherence to Group and regulatory standards while implementing marketing activities.
- Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of working experience in Marketing positions, preferably within the financial services or asset management sector.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing systems etc).
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail, focusing on delivering exceptional results.
- Strong sense of ownership and can-do attitude.
- Proactive, responsive, creative, strategic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and disciplined, and self-motivated to learn, enrich relevant work knowledge and experience.
- Ability to work on multi-function projects and managing stakeholders across a matrix organization

We are seeking a motivated and all rounded Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Investment Management Division. The ideal candidate will be part of the Asia Marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our investment capabilities and services, enhance client engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in Asia. This role provides opportunity to work with Distribution teams in different markets in Asia with wide exposures to all aspects of Marketing.
Principal Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for investment capabilities and products, including digital marketing, email marketing, and print materials.
- Event Management: Organize and promote events such as webinars, industry conferences, and coordinate with vendors to ensure all logistics are managed effectively.
- Content Creation and collateral management: Collaborate with the regional team and global team to create compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts. Review marketing collateral in traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese.
- Digital Marketing: manage website content curation, email marketing, and amplify social media presence and influence.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities for optimization.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Vendor and Agency Management: Select and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including advertising, media, print, and PR agencies etc.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and other control functions and firmwide functions to ensure adherence to Group and regulatory standards while implementing marketing activities.
- Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of working experience in Marketing positions, preferably within the financial services or asset management sector.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing systems etc).
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail, focusing on delivering exceptional results.
- Strong sense of ownership and can-do attitude.
- Proactive, responsive, creative, strategic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and disciplined, and self-motivated to learn, enrich relevant work knowledge and experience.
- Ability to work on multi-function projects and managing stakeholders across a matrix organization

Principal Responsibilities- Establish clear operational objectives and KPIs aligned with the strategic goals of the Fund House.
- Monitor team performance and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage all back-office operations including trade settlement, corporate actions, fund accounting, compliance, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Assess and improve controls related to trade processing, corporate actions, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with COO and senior management on strategic operational initiatives.
- Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, working with IT, finance, and other departments.
- Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
- Participate in meetings to provide operational insights and address inquiries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- Over 10 years of experience in operations management within financial services, with a focus on fund operations
- Proven success in leading teams and managing complex projects
- Deep knowledge of fund operations, compliance, and industry best practices
- Proficiency with operational systems, data management, and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with shared services models and governance structures
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
