My client, a global retail company, is currently looking to hire a senior legal counsel / legal counsel to join the legal team.

About the Role

The position will report to the General Counsel and work closely with the local offices in Asia. As a Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel, you will advise the businesses on legal aspects of their operations, drafting contracts, managing legal risk in transactions like mergers and acquisitions, and negotiations.

Responsibilities
