- Achieve targets and KPIs, and increase brand sell-out
- Provide outstanding quality of service by following our sales techniques and service codes, conduct demonstration of products
- Ensure the counter is clean, tidy and well maintained
- Apply brand’s visual merchandising and in-store excellence guidelines
ESSENTIAL:
- 2+ years work experience in make-up artistry
- Make-up school graduated - degree that includes fashion, runway, and editorial make-up courses
- Creative, artistic, charismatic, open minded
- Connected to the brand core values
- Able to understand the brand’s aesthetic: recognize its style and create an appropriate, original look for it and in line with it
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment
