With a large existing patient database of high-caliber new and returning clientele, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual interested in working in a warm and dynamic environment. You should be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellence in customer service is a must.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Maintain excellent service standards and protocols
  • Have a professional appearance reflecting the industry
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Work as part of a team to grow the clientele and introduce patients to new procedures

  • We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead sales and strategy for our personal care products (e.g., liquid soap, shower gel, skincare, and body care products).
  • This role encompasses a dual responsibility: driving strategic planning and implementation while managing and coaching a team of 10 sales professionals. The focus is on the US, Europe & overseas market, targeting hotels and consumer brands that integrate gift/premium sets as value-added items

The Job

  • Collaborate with top management to formulate and develop comprehensive sales strategies
  • Develop, implement & drive actionable plans to meet revenue goals and align with corporate objectives.
  • Develops business plans by exploring and systematically evaluating opportunities with the greatest potential for producing positive results; ensures successful preparation and execution of business plans through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
  • Ensures successful execution across of business plans designed to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
  • Bridge strategy development with operational execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team of 10-12 professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
