We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our BillingTeam as "Billing Clerk"
Job Summary:
- Complete sales order checking and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Proceed Debit & Credit note when required
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute customer sales order checking and billing in accordance to customers' billing cycle
- Issue invoices to customers and update Customer's billing system in a timely manner
- Check log sheet and order forms to ensure billing accuracy and on time
- Proceed Debit/Credit notes when required
- Liaise with related parties regarding to the billing issues
- Ensure billing documents are filed accurately and timely
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Experience in Billing would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Detailed-minded, accuracy, well-organized and good time management
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline

Salary: HK$20,026 - HK$5,793 + (Allowance HK 300)
- 5 subjects of Level 2 / Attained / Grade E or above in HKDSEE or Form 5 with 5 passes or above in HKCEE
- Handle patient related billing matters and cashier duties
- Relevant experience in cashier, teller and providing counter services to customers is an advantage
- Working experience in convenience store is also welcome
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
