OPPORTUNITIES -

REQUIREMENTS -
· Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction/ Civil/ Structural/ Building Services or related disciplines
· Holding CIDB qualification for BIM Coordinator or Modelling of Mechanical & Plumbing is preferable
· Strong time-management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Excellent in written and spoken in English and Chinese
· Fluency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese is highly preferable

Mainly stay in HK and may go to Riyadh
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -
· Skills and experiences in in BIM / 3D modelling/ 3D visualisation software, i.e. AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, BIM collaboration Pro, Glodon, Fuzor, Cubicost, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Enscape, MS Project, or equivalent
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Work and Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM Management Work is highly preferable. Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
· Passionate in Digitalisation, PropTech and ConTech
· Willingness of travelling to middle east would be advantageous
