**Key Result Area:**
+ Directs and controls all subordinate engineering staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and that guest expectations are met.
+ Maintains facilities and equipment by conducting routine inspections and determining appropriate rectification measures.

**In this role, you're expected to:**
+ Provide daily market update and trading strategic plan for clients and individual sales staff
+ Promote and advise customers on treasury products with major emphasis on Premium Account (PA), FX margin, Treasury Plus, FX leveraged, FX conversion, Gold trading, RMB, FX-structure product
+ Identify and solicit new leads for sales opportunity through outbound calls and face-to-face interviews with customers
+ Give coaching and motivation on FX products through daily interactions; and pairing with Bankers to meet team goals
+ Be responsible for delivering individual Treasury goal; and working with Branch Managers to set plan to meet financial commitment
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ An undergraduate degree preferably in business disciplines
+ A good working knowledge of various treasury instruments and market forecasting techniques
+ relevant working experience in servicing FX margin clients and individual accounts
+ Enthusiasm in achieving goals with positive and open mindset to embrace changes
+ Excellent communication and people skills; and be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
+ Licensed in HKSI paper 1, 7, 8

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Regulatory & Governance Analyst to support our Technology legal entities in meeting regulatory and governance requirements. This role is crucial for ensuring operational compliance and contributing to the effective management of regulatory activities. **Responsibilities:**

+ Hands-on Technical SME responsible for driving production incident resolution and implementing preventative measures to avoid technical reoccurrences.

+ Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document systems impacts and support requirements
