Job Purpose

Campaign Transformation With MarTech Tools
- Lead the adoption and integration of cutting-edge MarTech tools to revolutionize our campaign strategies.
- Enhance targeting and personalization efforts to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve overall campaign performance.
- Implement and uphold best practices in campaign management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and balance the use of innovative and traditional tools to achieve optimal results.
- Rigorously monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and positively influence the business.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and impact
- Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for all campaign operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the bank's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the campaign operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Serve as a role model and inspirational leader who motivates and guides the campaign operations team towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Identify and nurture the potential of team members through professional development opportunities, coaching, and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior role, ideally from Wealth and Retail Banking, with a focus on campaign management and transformation.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with MarTech tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

- Possess adequate CRM experience to analyze business requirements, recommend viable solutions, align requirements with operational context and translate them into executable program coding
- Strong understanding of the Consumer Banking industry and operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of mobile app architecture, user interface design principles and software development technologies
