- Support strategic decisions for long-term design roadmaps.
- Attend industry events to build networks and resource databases.
- Connect with agencies, academic institutions, and data platforms for industry information.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Marketing, Sociology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in trend research, market insights, or strategic consulting, preferably in consumer goods, tech, or fashion industries, with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (WGSN, Pantone, Behance, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Python/R), visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of design software (Adobe Suite, Figma) is a plus.
- Knowledge of emerging trends such as AI, sustainable design, and the metaverse is preferred.
- Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Japanese, Korean) and experience publishing industry articles are advantages.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including Europe, the Americas, and APAC.
