About This Team

The APAC Brand Management team leads lululemon's brand strategy and expression across the region, ensuring the global brand vision comes to life with clarity and consistency across markets, and resonates with local guests. This team works cross-functionally to drive integration, focus and cultural impact.

The Senior Manager, Brand Management sits within the APAC regional brand team, reporting to the regional Senior Director, Brand. A custodian of the brand, this individual will lead brand and product campaigns, from strategy development through to execution; translating the global brand vision into locally relevant initiatives that drive brand awareness, consideration and business growth across APAC. They will partner closely with global and market brand teams, as well as cross-functional brand and business partners to shape our long-term brand strategy and seasonal articulation, to drive relevance with guests across APAC.

This role requires a high level of collaboration and cross-functional engagement; bringing thought-leadership and functional expertise to multiple stakeholders and team members.

A day in the life

Strategic Leadership

  • Own the seasonal brand calendaring process across APAC in partnership with Senior Director, Brand, Senior Manager, Brand Operations, Product and market teams
  • Support the AOP process, providing strategic direction and investment guidelines to market and functional teams to guide budget allocations
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns across the region; both global adaptations and regionally-led initiatives, grounded in consumer insights to drive local relevance, and guest engagement
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for in-market teams and regional functions, offering guidance and direction to deliver a consistent brand POV across all markets
  • Partner with and influence global brand partners to drive APAC priorities, representing market needs and nuances
  • Enroll APAC brand and business teams on global brand updates and strategic frameworks, driving understanding and adoption in market
  • Monitor, analyze and share quarterly brand measurement results in partnership with global Insights team; developing hypotheses and actionable plans.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional brand team to execute the seasonal brand calendar
  • Provide clear direction, development feedback, and performance coaching to direct reports
  • Support the Brand Director to oversee resourcing, recruitment and project allocation across the team

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Oversee campaign GTM process and key milestones with Regional and Market teams, in partnership with Brand & Creative Operations
  • Champion a consistent brand expression across diverse markets whilst allowing for local nuance and adaptation
  • Develop and implement frameworks, playbooks and creative concepts to drive consistency and best practice across markets
  • Set and track campaign KPIs, taking actionable learnings to inform future work
  • Partner with regional marketing (Community, Creative, RBE, PR, Social, Media), Product and Digital teams to execute seasonal brand campaigns, in support of brand strategy and objectives
  • Ensure timely post-campaign recaps and reporting to leadership teams

Qualifications

  • years in an integrated brand marketing role, including experience managing and developing a team
  • Proven ability to lead brand strategy and campaign execution, ideally across APAC markets
  • Experience working with global brands, translating global brand strategy into locally relevant initiatives

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Core focus will be to develop and execute Fanta & Schweppes brand growth strategies and business plans to fuel equity and market share growth.
  • This will involve collaboration within the marketing function across the networked organization globally, locally and in other OU for GC&M led campaigns as well as other OU led campaigns.
  • This will also require cross-functional work with Creative, IMX, Frontline Marketing, Customer Commercial and Franchise, Finance, Technical and R&D, bottler marketing and sales teams.
  • You will need to master and own global brand architectures and standards, local human insights and market reality to fuel brand and business, inspire partners and deliver consistent consumer brand experiences.

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of consumers, customer and market. Constantly measure business performance and marketing effectiveness. Influence the system to action with speed.
  • Import and export winning ideas and work across the global Fanta & Schweppes marketing community.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus, especially with a focus on brand management, strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or related commercial roles, ideally within the FMCG, consumer products, or retail industries.
  • Proven track record in leading brand strategy development and execution, ideally within the FMCG or consumer products industry. Experience across both emerging and established brands in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience in eCommerce-led business models and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to drive online brand growth and performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working in complex matrixed environments across multiple geographies and teams (including Creative, IMX, Customer & Commercial, Franchise, Finance, and R&D).

  • Drive product innovation and business-planning processes with cross-functional teams. Lead continuous product innovation for core and LTO products, from pilot tests to system-wide roll out.
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Lead product launches – plan and execute product launches, work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and GTM communications.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development with R&D and operations teams.
  • Assist in creating product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI forecasts.
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential new product initiatives with detailed analysis based on customer research, ROI analysis, and operational needs/capabilities.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation against business mission and operational capabilities.
  • Analyze product performance data, gather customer feedback, and utilize data and insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, marketing, or business management.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in product management, preferably in FMCG, consumer brands, or F&B industry.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial product management role.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • High effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in delivering pilots to fine-tune products/marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to understand the evolving landscape of Chinese cuisine, define a clear product vision and strategy, and align it with business goals.
  • Ability to solve problems that arise during the product development lifecycle.
