Responsibilities
- Video & Visual Content Production: Edit and create engaging video and graphic content for social media, ads, and our website, ensuring all assets adhere to our new brand guidelines.
- Digital Content Distribution: Schedule and publish content across all social media channels; write, build, and execute email newsletters to nurture our audience.
- Website Management: Perform routine website updates using our CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), including publishing blog posts, updating product pages, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Digital Asset Management: Maintain and organize our digital library (photos, videos, graphics, brand assets) to ensure efficiency and easy access for the entire team.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace & Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo is optional but attractive.
- Either considerable experience in a graphic design field or a degree in Graphic Design (or a related art-based degree).
- Fluent/professional proficiency in English.

to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll support content creation, social campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the planning and creation of content for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns
- Capture and edit photos and short-form videos (e.g., Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes)

- Support the marketing team in scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Monitor trends and suggest innovative approaches to stay ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field

Proficiency with DSLR and video production equipment (including shooting with mobile devices and gimbal operations, etc)
Proficiency with design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci/Premiere Pro/Aftereffects, InDesign/Illustrator, etc
Proficiency in MS Office application (especially in Excel & PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing;
Strong knowledge of social media trends and digital user experiences;

Responsibilities:
Stationing at the LCSD's Office during the Service Period (may need to work outside and/or during irregular hours and General Holidays when necessary, depending on operational needs)
Providing directions and support on content creation, collation, images and video shooting, editing and production
Collaborate with Marketing Team and other team members, such as designer, and curators to plan and execute photo and/or video shooting and productions that align with the agreed objectives, as well as create cohesive, integrated audiovisual content;
Responsible for photo shooting, editing and retouching for promotion and social media marketing usage;
Plan, shoot, edit and post produce video content using industry standard software, ensuring high quality, engaging, and visually compelling final products for promotional videos and social media marketing purpose
Manage the video production process from start to finish, including storyboarding, lighting, audio mixing, voice over recording, color grading, motion graphic, and video editing and output
Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography and incorporate innovative approaches into work;
Maintain and organise visuals and video assets and footage in a systematic manner;
Ensuring an effective and timely communication with LCSD museums and marketing team, such as collection of any information about the exhibitions or related programmes organised by LCSD museums/offices, etc;
Arranging and attending meetings when needed (giving advice on photography and videography aspects etc.)
