- Establish and oversee sales channels within the MCV market.
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive new business and strengthen relationships with distribution channels.
- Provide daily operational support to MCV channels, including training on products and procedures, case follow-ups, and facilitating communication between the company and distributors when processes or guidelines change.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Actively deliver timely and comprehensive assistance to sales channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Commerce;
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and channel management within the life insurance sector
- Strong presentation and sales skills; fluency in Mandarin is essential.

Requirements
