Job Profile

This role provides comprehensive operational services across all of Man Group's Investment Management units, supporting trading activities for all instruments across global markets. Key responsibilities include ensuring the timely confirmation and settlement of securities trades while managing reconciliation breaks between the firm's investment book of record and counterparties' records. The Investment Operations Manager will report to Chief Operating Officer and be responsible to oversee the middle office functions, with a particular focus on performance attribution. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of investment transactions, performance measurement, and risk management.
