Your Role

• Assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work, minor addition and alternation work in building facilities, focusing on electrical systems
• Conduct fault investigations, oversee the tendering process, perform feasibility studies, prepare specifications and reports, monitor site work progress, develop maintenance plans, and liaise with end users
• Supervise contractors and in-house technicians to ensure best value and service delivery in accordance with agreed SLA and KPI
• Attend emergency call out service if necessary

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems such as generators, UPS systems, switchboards, etc in property and facilities management
• Able to manage E&M system repairing and maintenance works/ addition & alteration works independently
• Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skill
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate of Grade A or above will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing
