Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly E&M, minor of builder's work
- Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor and commit completion rate on CAFM/ FM order system to KPI requirements
- Supervise and mobilize the team in providing quality services to occupants

- Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines
- 10 years' maintenance experience in Building Services/ Facilities Management industry
- Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is essential.

Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent; and
At least ten (10) years relevant site experience including five (5) years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector work
Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:

- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate of Grade A or above will be an advantage.
