Project Manager, Site Supervision (1 year contract, renewable)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee all on-site supervision activities for our residential renovation projects. This role is pivotal in translating design concepts into finished projects of the highest quality. The successful candidate will be the primary point of PM on-site, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality and safety standards. A key focus will be on managing critical systems including waterproofing integrity, HVAC ducting, and lighting installations.
The Job:
- Provide overall project leadership and direct the day-to-day on-site supervision of all renovation activities.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, reporting regularly on progress and financial status.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections, with a specialized focus on MEP related works to prevent future issues.
- Oversee the installation of air conditioning ductwork to ensure optimal system design, airflow, and energy efficiency.
- Manage the lighting installation process to ensure it aligns with design intent, functionality, and electrical safety codes.
- Enforce strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular site safety audits.
- Lead coordination between interior designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and principals.
- Procure materials, manage subcontractor contracts, and approve work progress for payment.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues and risks, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and variation orders.
Your skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Senior Site Supervisor within the residential renovation or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building sequences, and critical path management.
- Strong technical expertise in waterproofing systems, HVAC ducting principles, and lighting/electrical installations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, structural plans, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multiple subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Good command of English and Chinese – both written (reporting and presentation) and spoken
- Immediately available / short notice preferred
- Renewable contract with contract end gratuity

Job Description
- Responsible for the system planning, construction, upgrade and maintenance of IFRS17 financial system, such as SAP, HFM, BO and RBC
- Responsible for the daily management of the company's ORACLE financial system, Group expense control system, settlement system, etc
- Responsible for coordinating with IT and Business Departments to drive the upgrade and process optimization of finance-related systems
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports

Requirement
- CPA, Actuary or equivalent professional qualification is preferred;
- 5 years or more of experience in insurance industry financial system implementation or maintenance management, a Big Four accounting firm experience in financial consulting projects is preferred;
- Experience in Oracle, Hyperion, SAP and other financial related system maintenance management.
- Experience in IFRS17 and RBC system development.
- Excellent oral and written English, Cantonese and Chinese communication skills.
