This role will manage the design and implementation of eMPF and business systems by analyzing and synthesizing business processes, technologies, and data.

Your Role

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of MPF system architectures to support strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business models reflecting our operational processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
  • Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies to fulfill business needs.
  • Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, providing direction and support in their project duties.
  • Design and execute system tests to validate performance against specifications.
  • Manage the documentation process for business analysis and system architecture.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve business processes and systems understanding across the company.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the architecture remains current and competitive.

To Succeed in this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10 years of relevant working experience in the MPF, pension or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in pension operations and operational transformation
  • Extensive knowledge of MPF/pension modelling, systems development methodologies, and architectural frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and the integration of IT and business strategies for MPF/pension solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

WPB Transformation and Management

WPB Transformation and Management is a team of change agents who strive for designing, developing, and delivering customer-focused products and journeys with sustainable value. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Business Architect.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensuring to communicate the guidance from group effectively and support the WPB business to make timely decision on architecture of capabilities developed by WPB value streams, in collaboration with WPB IT Architecture.
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for WPB that is aligned to the Group purpose and values, and inspire and engage people to create an inclusive, high performing, customer-centred culture.
  • Defining clarity on high-impact components of the WPB business architecture that significantly affect direction of digitalization in key WPB markets and businesses (e.g., global vs. local capabilities, choice of patterns and approaches to mobile and web capabilities, etc.).
  • Collaborate across Group and sub-valuestreams to explore re-usability of existing technologies and the benefit/cost of using those.
  • Management of integrated, complete and up to date Future State Architecture artefacts that support WPB target future state plans, supporting the annual funding prioritization process through development of initiatives that generate efficiency and commercial returns from implementation of the target state
  • Managing overarching change governance across business and technology for VS solution decisions
  • Set expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop leaders and others to ensure that they maximise their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities and experience.


Requirements

  • Understanding of the retail banking, wealth management and insurance industry, including strategy, competitive landscape, products, process, technology, regulatory environment and digitalization/innovation trends
  • Experience in digital transformation, Agile Ways of Operating, Change delivery, operational Value Streams and Business Architecture frameworks
  • Solid experience to digest and communicate complex business and technology problems. Demonstrated analytical skills to derive insight from large amounts of imperfect data and information.
  • Working on a global scale (i.e. across time zone & geography and with remote teams) and navigating through a complex matrix organizational structure, working across cultures and matrix structures, ability to embrace diversity
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and teamwork. Ability to translate ambiguous problem statement in business layman language to facilitate decision making by the business.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
  • Strong stakeholder management / Relationship Management, with the ability to interact with and influence Senior Leaders as needed
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude, highly motivated and able to work independently and proactively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects and programs.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to gather and validate requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and data visualization platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Finance and Risk Management Department as a Senior Manager - Business Analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • To develop, run and review financial / commercial spreadsheet models independently to evaluate opportunities for new business lines or related initiatives; to manage analyst pool and review their models.
  • To work closely with Project / Business-line teams on commercial proposal development; manage financial analysis and commercial proposal review; if need be, to support the business development team on certain key project development activities.
  • To interact with other teams within CLP Group to support the review, governance and execution of these projects and initiatives; and manage IC functional review process and cross-functional review within CLP Group.
  • To assist in project structuring, including key commercial agreements and governance structure.
  • Provide quantitative and analytical support including preparation of business plans for the company.
  • Provide financial review of commercial terms for any project, contracting bids and investment projects and assist with the documentation as required.
  • Support preparation of proposals and presentations for internal management and Board approvals.
  • To train, guide and manage the senior associate / analysts and help with their development.

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (postgraduate degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in financial and business analysis within a team covering Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Consulting related to utilities, infrastructure or contracting businesses with preferably some experience in energy related new technologies.
  • Good understanding of the energy industry, renewables or infrastructure projects; any tendering experience with infrastructure projects or contracting will be relevant
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and work independently
  • Sense of priorization when dealing with multiple assignments
  • Lateral thinking with a flair for problem solving, strong commercial acumen and strategic sense
  • Strong business modelling, including model reviews, and analytical skills, detail focused
  • Adaptability and team communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Lion Rock Group is an investment holding company with an annual sales turnover of over US$300 million. We specialize in the global books trade and our companies operate across four segments - Print Manufacturing, Print Services Management, Creative Publishing and Print Consultancy.

We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our group as a Manager, Transformation & Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects and programs.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to gather and validate requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and business models.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Support change management and training activities during project implementation.
  • Mentor BAs and contribute to best practices and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to offices (China & Overseas) as required to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Attributes

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with digital transformation or enterprise system implementations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Finance and Risk Management Department as a Senior Manager - Business Analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • To develop, run and review financial / commercial spreadsheet models independently to evaluate opportunities for new business lines or related initiatives; to manage analyst pool and review their models.
  • To work closely with Project / Business-line teams on commercial proposal development; manage financial analysis and commercial proposal review; if need be, to support the business development team on certain key project development activities.
  • To interact with other teams within CLP Group to support the review, governance and execution of these projects and initiatives; and manage IC functional review process and cross-functional review within CLP Group.
  • To assist in project structuring, including key commercial agreements and governance structure.
  • Provide quantitative and analytical support including preparation of business plans for the company.
  • Provide financial review of commercial terms for any project, contracting bids and investment projects and assist with the documentation as required.
  • Support preparation of proposals and presentations for internal management and Board approvals.
  • To train, guide and manage the senior associate / analysts and help with their development.
Requirements
  • A recognized university degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (postgraduate degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in financial and business analysis within a team covering Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Consulting related to utilities, infrastructure or contracting businesses with preferably some experience in energy related new technologies.
  • Good understanding of the energy industry, renewables or infrastructure projects; any tendering experience with infrastructure projects or contracting will be relevant
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and work independently
  • Sense of priorization when dealing with multiple assignments
  • Lateral thinking with a flair for problem solving, strong commercial acumen and strategic sense
  • Strong business modelling, including model reviews, and analytical skills, detail focused
  • Adaptability and team communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a AWM Operations Project Manager to manage and execute projects for AWM Operations, including detailed business analysis; it will offer the candidate opportunities to lead and direct components of the AWM Operations change agenda in partnership with the Business Unit and other key stakeholder groups. The candidate should have proven experience in project management with solid business analysis skills and should be adept at forming and leveraging effective networks with project partners and across the Firm. Knowledge of the wealth management sector is an advantage.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

This is a Director position within Change, Analytics & Strategy, which is responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation, developing analytics solutions and delivering business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct hands on detailed business analysis, problem solving and testing in support of projects to maintain progress and guide others
  • Work closely with Technology partners to design, develop and implement technology platforms to deliver solutions to meet business requirements
  • Ensure maintenance of all supporting documentation with comprehensive traceability and audit materials including plans, issues logs, requirements documents, test plans and scripts and implementation strategies
  • Manage and direct projects and initiatives for AWM Operations and in support of the AWM Business Unit, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle, escalating issues and ensuring effective delivery to time and budget
  • Lead the appropriate governance and working group forums to facilitate project progress and ensure all components remain on track
  • Participate and represent AWM Ops CTB in governance forums to ensure project statuses and AWM Operations issues are clearly articulated
  • Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all invested parties are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide support and direction to the rest of the AWM Ops CTB team including people management The candidate must have 6+ years of business analysis and project management experience. He/she must have ability to develop strong relationships with various teams across the firm and excellent communications skills to achieve desired results. Project experience in wealth management business and/or Operations is an advantage.

What You’ll Bring

  • Functional: Strong business analysis and project management skills and experience are mandatory: he/she must be able to demonstrate analytical skills and critical thinking, able to prioritise, plan, execute and deliver projects successfully, implementing strategic solutions that meet the needs of the AWM business. An understanding of the wider context is necessary to ensure that appropriate solutions are generated which consider protection of the Firm's franchise in the future. These skills should be coupled with a creative, flexible and pragmatic approach to problem solving. A track record of project delivery and prior experience of stakeholder management is required.
  • Interpersonal: The individual will be required to influence and build strong relationships with project team members across geographical and functional boundaries, the ability to build strong networks and effective working relationships will be essential. This person will be required to liaise with colleagues at all levels in a structured manner. They will need to communicate requirements to Technology and project partners as well as negotiate the balance between delivery of business requirements and achieving deadlines and targets by being highly flexible and dynamic when faced with different challenges.
  • Management and leadership: The candidate will be expected to show an appropriate level of independence while operating within a management structure and take appropriate responsibilities for others' work. Some management of direct reports or contingent workers could also be involved.
  • Professional: This role requires an individual who has strong communication and organisation skills. The candidate will also require strong motivation, be able work independently when necessary and approach problems with a positive outlook and desire to find solutions. The role requires clear agenda setting, preparation and planning for meetings and tasks and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business knowledge: Prior banking experience is a must. A good understanding of financial products across asset classes is required, with a preference for prior knowledge of the Wealth Management business and/or a background in Operations.
  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
