Summary
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial-minded Manager, Strategic Partnerships to help grow our partner ecosystem in the Greater China region. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, supporting them through lead generation, onboarding, and customer retention. As the main point of contact, you will manage daily operations, including lead tracking, renewals, and payouts, while ensuring smooth communication and partner success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with partners in the Greater China region, of which may be technical and platform partners, SIs, creative agencies, consulting firms, etc
  • Collaborate with partners and the internal sales team to drive lead generation and support the entire sales cycle
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources, ensuring partners have the support needed for seamless onboarding, customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals
  • Monitor partner performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and guidance to help partners meet targets and improve performance
  • Serve as the main contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and managing daily operations like lead tracking, onboarding, renewals, and payouts
  • Manage partners expectations and continue to find win-win solutions to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Collect market insights from partners and relay them to internal teams to help shape future product development and marketing strategies

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English

Your Responsibilities

Your mission is to own the full sales cycle in selling high-value conference sponsorships to prospects in the insurance and insurtech sectors. In order to be successful, your main duties will include:

  • Build new business revenue: Deliver credible, professional sales pitches to new prospects in order to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Pipeline development: Work with our marketing and analyst team to source, contact and set up meetings with potential sponsors
  • Establish client relationships: Work closely with our content and delivery teams to ensure best-in-class delivery
  • Leverage our expertise: Work hand-in-hand with our content team to create compelling pitches to inspire our prospects

**Qualifications**

8+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
Knowledge and Skills:  
+ Demonstrable success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
+ Relationship Building. Proven history of building deep technical relationships with C-Level and seniorexecutives in large or highly strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects.

Role Overview

As theStrategic Partnerships & Alliances Lead – Global , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships worldwide, while being based in Europe. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute a global partnership strategy that strengthens our solutions suite, drives long-term growth, and supports our mission to simplify sustainability.

This role will focus on building a diverse ecosystem of partners—including resellers, redistributors, white label collaborators, and high-value referral partners such as global banks and consultancies—serving a wide range of client types including corporates, asset managers, asset owners, banks, and advisory firms. You will also bring deep understanding of sustainability workflows, including supply chain transparency and human rights compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and deliver the global partnerships and alliances strategy.
  • Identify new partnership needs based on market trends, client demands, and strategic priorities.
  • Target, evaluate, and develop high-impact partnership opportunities across industries and geographies.

Partnership Development & Execution

  • Build and manage relationships with:
  • Resellers & redistributors to expand reach and market penetration.
  • White label partners to enhance and diversify our solutions suite.
  • Referral partners , including global banks and consultancies, to drive qualified pipeline and strategic influence.
  • Execute partnership agreements and coordinate integration across product, commercial, and operational teams.
  • Ensure partnerships are structured for long-term business benefit and aligned with governance guidelines.

Optimization & Transformation

  • Continuously evolve and optimize existing partnerships to maximize performance and strategic alignment.
  • Proactively identify and address underperforming relationships—transforming or retiring them to avoid leakage and inefficiency.
  • Support acquisition integration efforts, ensuring new entities are effectively aligned within the partnership ecosystem.

Client & Market Alignment

  • Ensure partnerships are designed to serve key client segments: corporates, asset managers, asset owners, banks, and consultancies.
  • Leverage industry expertise insupply chain ,human rights workflows , andsustainability compliance to shape partnership value propositions.

Performance & Financial Accountability

  • Achieve financial goals related to partnership-driven revenue, growth, and strategic outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within SaaS, sustainability, ESG, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships globally.
  • Experience working with resellers, redistributors, white label partners, and referral networks.
  • Strong understanding of partnership models across financial services, corporates, consultancies, and technology ecosystems.
  • Deep familiarity with sustainability workflows, supply chain transparency, and human rights compliance.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial results through strategic collaboration.

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority seeks exceptional talent passionate about making the West Kowloon Cultural District a premier destination for arts, culture, and entertainment, both locally and internationally.

Contract Details: This is a fixed-term position for 2 years, with the possibility of renewal based on organizational needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Strategic Partnerships & Events team in managing venue hiring, external filming, and advertising operations for Public Open Space and Special Venues.
  • Manage daily administration and reporting for the cross-departmental Public Open Space and Special Venue Hiring Committee.
  • Oversee the entire venue hiring and advertising sales process, including inquiries, site visits, proposals, licensing, invoicing, VEM system application, event management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of all events.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and new business.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform ad hoc and special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • University degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communication, sales, partnerships, or event management.
  • Experience in contracting or tendering processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
  • Attention to detail, team-oriented, with good communication and presentation skills.
