About The Opportunity
The Director of Business Intelligence (BI) will lead the development and execution of the company’s BI strategy, driving data-driven decision-making across all business units. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of BI systems, processes, and teams to deliver actionable insights that align with organizational goals. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to enhance strategic planning, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness, with a focus on leveraging data to support growth in the industry
Responsibilities
- Strategic BI Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy tailored to the business objectives, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and organizational priorities.
- Deep Business Understanding: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the crypto exchange business, including trading, market trends, and regulatory requirements, to provide relevant and impactful data insights that drive decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with Business Operations (BO) and Product teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions and fostering strong communication to ensure alignment and actionable outcomes.
- Task Management and Delegation: Assign and oversee data requests from BO and other stakeholders, tasking Data Analysts (DA) and Data Visualizers (DV) to generate insights, dashboards, and reports, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts, Data Visualizers, and Data Scientists, fostering collaboration across these functions to deliver cohesive BI solutions, including advanced analytics, data models, and visualizations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data insights and recommendations to C-suite executives, BO, and Product teams in a clear and actionable manner, serving as the voice of data within the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in BI processes, tools, and methodologies, staying ahead of the industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities and team performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experienced in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles, with experience in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in BI tools and data platformsUnderstanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries, with experience analyzing market and customer data in these sectors.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, SQL, and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- Manage complex open source and human intelligence-led investigative assignments (including pre-transactional integrity due diligence checks and other bespoke investigations);
- Write concise and cogent reports that weave in research findings with an in-depth contextualized analysis of key issues and other pertinent findings;
- Deliver written and verbal briefings to senior management and clients on research findings;
- Prepare proposals for new business;
- Support the development of Anthesis Business Intelligence’s human source network in Asia; and
- Once comfortable with Anthesis Business Intelligence’s house style and research methodologies, assist in training new team members and proofreading reports.
We require as a minimum these qualifications and experience:
- Fluency reading and writing English in a commercial context and at least one key regional language;
- 1-6 years’ full-time post-graduate work experience in the corporate intelligence industry and/or another relevant investigative background;
- Experience using open source research tools such as LexisNexis and Factiva, as well as regional and language-specific databases and media sources;
- Ability to plan and manage multifaceted research projects from the proposal stage to delivering our work to the client;
- A working knowledge of financial, commercial and legal concepts;
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university; and
- Professional proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

The Site Operations Department is responsible for the performance of mechanical and electrical systems, building maintenance, and the support of data modules within our data centers. This team is the face of Vantage to our customers, responsible for business continuity and striving for operational excellence.
About the Opportunity
Critical Facility Operations teams manage our buildings and ensure best-in-class data center services for our customers. These teams comprise of Critical Facility Engineers who are Vantage’s front-line for managing critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure operations. Providing best-in-class services requires in depth plant equipment knowledge, and proficiency in critical facility management processes including change, incident and problem management.
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Critical Facility Operations teams. This role will be crucial for providing site teams insight into their operational performance, providing business leaders data on areas of focus and improving team’s awareness and alignment to defined business processes. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with stakeholders to define and build reporting products that support training, operational KPIs, business SLAs and process compliance. A key reporting focus will be on workflows based upon the Service Now platform, specifically focusing on Work Orders, Change, and Incident module usage. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, experience in data and metrics development, and proficiency in Power BI. Experience with Software as a service type platform data would be beneficial but not mandatory.
About You
Ideally you will have these skills, qualifications, and characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a business intelligence or data analyst with a focus on report and dashboard creation
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent platform for data visualization and reporting building.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data center or IT operations environment.
- Experience with data collection, sanitization, and metric development.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical skills with the ability to exercise clear and sound judgement, while demonstrating solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail and a High level of accuracy in written materials.
- Experience with Service Now or a related SaaS platform is a plus but not required.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
Key aspects:
- Develop and maintain business metrics to monitor the usage and efficiency of various workflows. Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into performance and track adherence to processes.
- Manage the collection and sanitization of data related to operational processes and KPIs. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
- Assist Critical Facility Operations teams in understanding and adhering to business expectations by reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to processes workflows.
- Supporting the collection of availability and operational data. Ensuring operational compliance of Site Operations, tracking against targets, reviewing and improving team performance
- Track and analyse performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and process adherence.
- Establish a structured approach to reporting standards and effectiveness to enable better business outcomes and improve regional collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand the operational needs and challenges of Critical Facility Operations teams. Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data center operations and business analysis. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and tools used by the Critical Facility Operations teams
- Support our business strategies and standardisation of systems and processes, and process improvements in reporting capabilities
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly documented, understood, communicated, planned and within the design of the system or process solutions and provide updates on milestones.
- Contribute towards improved business process maturity by identifying and prioritising improvement projects and implement changes to processes and operations to improve data capture
- Travel is expected to be less than 5%, occasionally for training purposes.
