Job Description
- Act as the primary HR business partner for the designated business unit, managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet the unit's talent needs.
- Support the design, implementation, and coordination of talent management programs, including the management trainee program and internship initiatives.
- Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program success and talent development.
- Contribute to manpower planning efforts, including headcount forecasting and resource allocation, in partnership with the business unit.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and track key performance indicators.
- Participate in HR transformation projects aimed at enhancing processes, systems, and employee experiences across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering, recruitment, and talent management.
- Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, with hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and familiarity with regional HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business unit leaders and cross-regional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.

- Strategic Thinking : Analyze the competitive landscape, craft compelling project proposals to provide innovative solutions to your clients, and negotiate budgets and timelines.
- Quality Control : Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality deliverables
- Industry Insights : Dive deep into clients’ industries and business needs, to inform and educate various stokeholds and ensure we are well-equipped to identify new business opportunities
- Creative Problem Solving : Bring fresh ideas to enhance our business development strategies
- Client Satisfaction : Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they’re thrilled with our delivery, quality, and service
What you'll need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; any additional Asian language a plus
- 3-5 years of client facing, sales, or business development experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Solid time management abilities

About The Role:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated Client Account Management Associate (official title: Client Strategy Associate) to join our team and support our growing client base across the Asia Pacific market. You will become a core contributor of our team and help our clients maximize the value of our product offering.
As our APAC Client Strategy Associate , you will be interacting with some of the most sophisticated investors in the market to identify engagement opportunities, and cultivate meaningful client relationships by mastering various account management skills including, but not limited to:
- Finding new and creative ways to drive value and grow user engagement
- Becoming a trusted resource for our clients by ensuring they are getting the most value from our research
- Being experts on our products and the associated investment narratives
- Identifying and executing expansion opportunities, risk mitigation and engagement strategies
- You have professional fluency (oral and written) in English and Mandarin
- Strong positive if you have 1 to 3 years of experience working in the expert network or financial industry
- You are a true believer of our data-powered product and have a genuine interest in the financial markets
- You are resourceful, resilient, excited to learn, and have strong oral and written communication - including great questioning skills
- You are effective at clearly communicating complex ideas to a wide range of audiences
- You are a master of judgment when handling a wide variety of client situations and communications
- You are sensitive to clients’ needs and can build strong relationships
- You can manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
- You are positive, a self-starter and a team player
