+ Collaborate with Global Black Belts (GBBs) and engineering teams to address competitive blockers and shape future product direction.
**Sales Execution & Deal Management**
+ Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy.
+ Guide the Specialist Team Unit (STU) and Account Team Unit (ATU) to build pipeline and drive consumption.
+ Lead execution of complex deals, ensuring robust deployment plans and customer success post-sale.
**Partner Ecosystem & Collaboration**
+ Validate and integrate partner solutions into customer engagements.
+ Collaborate with ISVs and SIs to scale offerings and accelerate time-to-value.
+ Provide feedback to **Global Partner Solutions (GPS)** to refine go-to-market strategies.
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in technology-related sales, with a focus on application platforms, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code technologies.
+ or 2+ years low-code RPA or AI agent solution selling experience.
**Preferred:**
+ MBA or Master's in Information Technology or related field.
+ 5+ years of solution or services sales experience with a proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise sales.
+ Understand Cloud-based solution selling、adoption in CRM Service、Sales or Marketing solution area

Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of working experience in either fintech or wealth management, preferably have connections with one or more client segments of banking clients, securities, EAMs and SFOs;
- Interest in outbound sales and energized when meeting, talking and listening to new people;
- Has interest in social media and technology in the finance space;
- Knowledge of FIX and API connectivity is an advantage;
- Excited to work in a startup environment. Client-centric, self-starter, business acumen, drive-to-success, attention-to-details and can-do attitude;
- Commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results oriented culture;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus;

1. Collaborate with Meta account teams to build relationships and trust with client stakeholders across business, technical, customer experience, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders, to gain mindshare on Meta Business Messaging in driving business results. Act as a trusted advisor to help the clients transform their business
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business objectives and customer journey, and devise solutions based on in-depth solution knowledge of Meta's Business Messaging offerings. Leverage platform capabilities, as well as partners as relevant, to build solutions
3. Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, along with commercial structure, for clients to drive measurable outcomes
4. Demonstrate thought leadership and develop strategic client plans to drive growth against goals, including by reviewing forecasts, assessing and mitigating risks, and removing blockers
5. Engage relevant support and engineering teams to address issues, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and improve overall experience
6. Actively seek client feedback (both formal and informal) and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction. Effectively communicate the feedback internally to identify feature gaps and improvement opportunities
7. Build global learnings on best practices around product implementation and solutions success based on Client insights

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Enterprise Solutions in Digital Transformation, such as Intelligence Data Processing, Capturing, RPA / BPM, Workflow Solutions (like Low-Code Platforms), Mobile Solutions, etc.
- Manage sales coverage of strategic accounts with specific domain focus
- Explore C-Level contacts to promote transparent communication regarding FUJIFILM Digital Transformation Solutions adoption
- Update C-Level executives on new technologies to generate interest in new projects with FUJIFILM
- Identify customer requirements by working closely with presales to understand and document needs through process assessment studies
- Facilitate demonstrations / Proof of Concept (POC), translating customer requirements into technical presentations and visualizations to showcase solution capabilities
- Collaborate with presales teams and solution vendors on business opportunities, solution design, support services, and project proposals
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant sales or presales experience in the ICT industry is preferred
- Experience in selling RPA / BPM / Capturing solutions is preferred
- Experience in Workflow Solutions / ERP / Mobile solutions is an advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills
- More experience will be considered for a Senior Business Solutions Consultant role
- Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation's Information Security policies and procedures
- Maintain the security of all entrusted information and handle documents appropriately
- Complete regular Information Security training and stay informed on security requirements
- Identify, report, and comply with Information Security Incident procedures
