Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business or related field
• Native or fluent French literacy required; excellent command of English; Mandarin is advantage
• 7+ years of experience in business management, strategy consulting, or executive leadership roles
• Background in management consulting or luxury/consumer goods sector strongly preferred
• Proven track record in planning and executing strategic initiatives in complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic options and identify business opportunities with a growth mindset

Principal Responsibilities

• Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and storytelling
