Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Product Manager to manage Octopus digital products
- Be customer centric, provide market update and competitive analysis that enables Octopus to stay ahead of competitors
- Set up, collect and study digital analytic results and make recommendations for continuous optimization
- Assist Product Manager to lead, support and implement new, or enhance, existing digital products
- Coordinate with stakeholders in product design and testing process
- Create an internal knowledge base to support daily service support and manage on-going changes and updates
- Monitor customer comments in App Store and Play Store and coordinate internally to provide timely feedback
- Work with cross-functional teams for business requirements and prepare functional specifications on product development and management
- Assist Product Manager on project management and vendors management
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / business administration / marketing or equivalent, Digital Studies or Digital Marketing stream is preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, fresh graduate is also welcomed
- Experience in mobile apps / digitals or web projects is a plus
- Hands-on experience in digital analytic tools and MS Office Applications
- Good team player and possess good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, attentive to details with customer centric mind-set
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
