To support this journey, they are looking for an ambitious Head of Business Transformation with a deep understanding of both the Hong Kong landscape and the nuances of the mainland China consumer market. This role is pivotal in developing transformative channel strategies and steering breakthrough business initiatives across the Greater Bay Area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Evolution

  • Champion strategic transformation programs that enhance sales approaches, drive digital integration, and streamline efficiency in key account and e-commerce operations.
  • Promote a mindset of agility and experimentation across online and offline sales ecosystems.

Account Management & Strategic Alliances (Hong Kong & Macau)

  • Build and nurture lasting partnerships with leading retailers and digital commerce stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, structure collaborative business plans, and drive performance against volume and revenue goals.

Channel Development & Market Expansion

  • Craft and implement channel growth strategies to scale FMCG reach throughout the Greater Bay Area and adjacent regions.
  • Scout new commercial avenues, develop partner ecosystems, and design effective go-to-market models.
  • Liaise closely with mainland China teams to synchronize plans, tap into synergies, and accelerate penetration into local markets.
  • Ensure commercial and regulatory compliance across cross-border initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in FMCG channel development, with success in both Hong Kong and mainland China.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and transformation.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator with fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is advantageous.
  • Solid grasp of China's market mechanics, regulatory environment, and customer segmentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed change management strategy and implementation plan, aligned with the overall IT transformation program objectives and timelines
  • Define measurable change management goals, key performance indicators / adoption measurement, and success criteria to track the effectiveness of change initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and end-users to understand their perspectives, concerns, and change requirements. Design and execute targeted communication and training plans to ensure comprehensive awareness, understanding, and adoption of new technologies and processes. Leverage various communication channels, such as IT communication sessions, workshops, and digital platforms, to deliver consistent, transparent, and timely information about the IT transformation program
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the IT organization's change readiness, identifying key drivers, barriers, and areas of resistance
  • Establish and maintain a network of change champions and advocates across the organization to drive grassroots-level adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and measure the adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes, identifying areas for intervention and reinforcement to ensure sustained change
  • Establish feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms to continuously assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Analyze change management data, such as user adoption rates, training effectiveness, and employee sentiment, to inform data-driven decision-making and optimization

The Associate Director of Operational Change Management, based in Hong Kong, reports directly to the Head of Asia Operations. This key role focuses on enhancing existing business processes, building processes for new products and managing change projects, ensuring optimal operational efficiency across all product lines, particularly within FICC and Equity Derivatives.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Process transformations:
  • Challenge and refine existing processes in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Identify efficiency gaps and propose and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Implement process enhancements to streamline management across operations.
  • Maintain and update documentation for existing products and system workflows.
  • Design and analyze business process models for product launches and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to document new process requirements.
  • Work with technology teams to translate operational requirements into system improvements.
  • Engage with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
  • Secure approval for process improvements from relevant operations leaders.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of Back office / Operations experience with direct experience managing projects.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered at grades corresponding to their relevant work exp.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders at varied levels of management.
  • Experience in process transformation preferred. At a minimum the candidate should be able to review Ops processes and independently carry out automation of such manual tasks with an aim to streamline the Ops processes, improve process efficiency and drive process transformation.
  • Knowledge of financial products used across Equity Derivatives and FICC business lines.
  • Ability to multi-task across various business and department initiatives.
  • Control orientated and risk aware.

Associate Director, Operational Change Management, Operations

The Associate Director of Operational Change Management, based in Hong Kong, reports directly to the Head of Asia Operations. This key role focuses on enhancing existing business processes, building processes for new products and managing change projects, ensuring optimal operational efficiency across all product lines, particularly within FICC and Equity Derivatives.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Process transformations:
  • Challenge and refine existing processes in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Identify efficiency gaps and propose and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Implement process enhancements to streamline management across operations.
  • Maintain and update documentation for existing products and system workflows.
  • Design and analyze business process models for product launches and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to document new process requirements.
  • Work with technology teams to translate operational requirements into system improvements.
  • Engage with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
  • Secure approval for process improvements from relevant operations leaders.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of Back office / Operations experience with direct experience managing projects.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered at grades corresponding to their relevant work exp.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders at varied levels of management.
  • Experience in process transformation preferred. At a minimum the candidate should be able to review Ops processes and independently carry out automation of such manual tasks with an aim to streamline the Ops processes, improve process efficiency and drive process transformation.
  • Knowledge of financial products used across Equity Derivatives and FICC business lines.
  • Ability to multi-task across various business and department initiatives.
  • Control orientated and risk aware.

Lion Rock Group is an investment holding company with an annual sales turnover of over US$300 million. We specialize in the global books trade and our companies operate across four segments - Print Manufacturing, Print Services Management, Creative Publishing and Print Consultancy.

We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our group as a Manager, Transformation & Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects and programs.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to gather and validate requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and business models.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Support change management and training activities during project implementation.
  • Mentor BAs and contribute to best practices and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to offices (China & Overseas) as required to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Attributes

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with digital transformation or enterprise system implementations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
