About The Role

Roles And Responsibilities
- Strategic analysis: Develop strategic insights based on analysis on AIA HK's book of business, overall strategy and strategic initiatives
- Business Management and Performance Monitoring: Track performance against KPIs. Conduct regular reviews with KPIs owners to evaluate performance against forecast and recommend actions/adjustments as necessary.
- Senior Management Updates: Prepare and present strategic updates and reports to senior management, ensuring clarity on initiatives and outcomes.
