Operation Manager / Assistant Manager – Transmission Cable Installation

- Oversee the execution of project services for CLP Power, specifically related to construction work under consecutive Transmission Cable Installation Works Outline Agreements
- Develop and implement plans for processing cable trenching work applications for approved project schemes
- Schedule detailed work programmes, manage road works permit applications, and design Temporary Traffic Arrangements (TTA) for execution, including liaison with government authorities, developers, and other stakeholders
- Lead and manage project teams and subcontractor workforce to ensure compliance with performance pledges, safety standards, quality benchmarks, and service targets
- Continuously review and update work procedures and instructions, incorporating the latest technological and equipment developments to enhance safety and quality performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to ensure timely project delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Candidates with less experience and qualifications may be considered for the position of Assistant Operations Manager
