About The Role
A hybird role to oversee and manage the execution of various campaign initiatives to multi-channels as well as participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed to ensure quality and timely implementation of the campaign initiatives. Optimizing new business profitability and production growth, preparation of campaign sales tools and manage campaign appeal and enquiries. Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed to ensure quality and timely implementation of the campaign initiatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development and implementation of various customer campaign initiatives (e.g system feasibility study, setup, implementation and etc)
- Develop and manage campaign sales tools to support sales (e.g. communication to insurance intermediary, campaign leaflet, website etc)
- Manage and handle campaign appeals through various channels
- Handle post-campaign follow-up activities (e.g. responding to enquiries from customers or internal stakeholders)
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (such as Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Marketing, etc) to drive the implementation and execution of campaign initiatives to meet the business goals
- Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed to ensure quality and timely implementation of the campaign initiatives
- Assist in post campaign review (e.g. post campaign tracking, collect market intelligence, generate monthly and quarterly sales reporting
- Lead and support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
- Coach and develop team members
Minimum Job Requirements
- University degree with around 10 – 15 years of working experience in insurance industry is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Relevant experience with: campaign's implementation and execution (including but not limited to business requirement gathering, functional specification review and user acceptance test execution)
- campaign communication materials (leaflet, brochure)
- handling enquiries from agency/distribution team and customers
- In-depth knowledge in product development, operations and system process
- Able to work under stress and tight timeline
- Passionate, high motivation and result-oriented
- Team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills and strong project management skill

*Major Accountabilities
Strategic and tactical marketing lifecycle management of the Roche portfolio, with cross-functional coordination and integration of market and customer insights: *
- Solid understanding of the market dynamics and stakeholder perspectives through gaining clear market insights and ensuring open dialogue and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively Identify business opportunities and implement a commercial strategy for the disease area, as well as a focused execution plan that applies multichannel and omnichannel approaches
- Deep understandign of the customers' behaviors and leaverage a seamless customer engagement strategy based on their behavioural needs, along the customer journey touchpoints, in order to reach the ultimate personalized customer experience and maximize the patient, business and system impacts on the responsible disease areas
- Analyse data garnered through marketing campaigns in order to learn how a campaign has contributed to conversions, customer behavior, etc. Develop insights that provide actionable solutions and next steps
- Analyse customers' demand of the product supply and forecast the sales trends driven by market events
- Manage customer ordering process, remove roadblocks by different methods and collaborate with supply chain team and distributor(s) in order to improve customer experience
