● Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Display, Programmatic, and Social Media.

● Manage and monitor marketing costs to achieve company growth targets and maximize ROI in different markets.

● Increase website and social media traffic, driving customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

● Analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics, dashboards, and business tools, and provide actionable insights.

● Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

● Onboard new customers, and guide them in adopting our solutions successfully.

● Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

● Proactively identify customer needs, provide solutions, and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

● Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, technical) to improve offerings and customer experience.

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

● Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

Key Requirements:

● Degree or Diploma Holder in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or other related discipline.

● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital campaign management.

● Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other social media channels.

● Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

● Experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing is a strong advantage.

● Excellent copywriting and content creation skills (visual and written).

● Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

● Be an excellent team player, self-motivated, proactive, creative, and detail-minded.

● Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese.

● Immediate availability is preferred.

● Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Digital Marketing & Service Operations Officer.

Job Description

· Help to initiate, develop and implement assigned digital marketing campaigns in different social media platforms such as Facebook, Wechat, Instagram, and company website to increase company brand image

· Assist in planning and implementing company promotion campaigns, developing of marketing collaterals, including draft, edit and proofread of marketing materials

· Work closely with in-house marketing team to produce compelling ads creatives and deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

· Support and coordinate with other teammates.
