To help us do this, we are recruiting Campus Ambassadors to represent AlphaSights on campuses across Hong Kong to promote our Associate program.
As a Campus Ambassador, you will be supported by our Talent Acquisition team to execute our on-campus attraction strategy and take ownership of marketing initiatives bespoke to your university and peer group. You will be the first point of contact on campus for students interested in finding out more about AlphaSights: our values and what we do.
What You’ll Do
- Find creative and unique ways to engage and collaborate with clubs and societies to increase brand awareness.
- Lead all on-campus PR, marketing, and promotional activities, such as connecting us with student associations, organising workshops, direct marketing, and joining recruitment events with the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Develop and deliver a robust on-campus social media marketing strategy to connect and inspire students through the likes of user-generated content and videos.
- Work towards key deliverables and targets set by our Talent Acquisition team.
- Gather feedback from students and provide insights to the AlphaSights Talent Acquisition team to further improve our on-campus engagement and marketing strategy.
- All work is paid subject to the successful completion of various tasks with the opportunity to earn up to HKD2,900 in a month
- Check-in calls with your AlphaSights university recruiter and other AlphaSights campus ambassadors to share ideas and track progress through the campaign
- The opportunity to continue to develop your recruitment and marketing skills whilst supporting the Talent Acquisition team of a leading and fast-growing global company.
- Membership in our campus ambassador community, fostering networking opportunities and collaboration with like-minded peers.
- A second, penultimate or final year student as of September 2025 who is studying at local Hong Kong universities.
- Availability to work three to four hours per week both on and off campus for two terms in fall 2025 and spring 2026.
- Possess a genuine interest in PR / marketing and keen to gain experience in this field.
- Be outgoing and confident working independently, both on campus and on social media.
- Be independent, proactive and be able to propose creative ways to engage with students on your campus and adapt promotional methods as needed.
- Have strong relationship-building skills, an active presence on campus and a thorough network across your university.
- Demonstrate proficiency across key social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Red Note and Threads.

SISHK is looking for a candidate to fill the full-time position of Campus Planning and Development Officer. Candidates with experience in education sector would be an advantage.
Job Scope
- Assist in the delivery of multiple upgrading projects.
- Responsible for the daily operation and coordination of projects.
- Attend project meetings with users, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and record meeting minutes.
- Support the RFQ (Request for Quotation) and tender processes.
- Prepare project documents as required during different stages of a project, including project programmes and defects reports.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor site performance, reporting any discrepancies found that are not in compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain systematic and organised project files.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project cycle.
- Higher Diploma or above in a construction-related discipline, including Project Management, Building Services, and Architectural Studies, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably on the client-side.
- Proactive, result-driven, and flexible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Chinese.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Your role and responsibilities**
Your mission as a TLS Renewals Sales Specialist is to protect the base renewal contract and grow each client's IBM annual spend by identifying and successfully upselling and cross selling IBM Logo and Multi-Vendor Services (MVS), Winback and other expansion opportunities. You lead IBM Logo and MVS renewal and expansion conversations including entitlement validation, IBM licensing terms & conditions and the value of IBM Technology Lifecycle Services.
* Maintain and grow customer loyalty through Technology Lifecycle Services renewal and expansion, year-to-year growth in revenue and profit
* Leadership and communication skills to foster strong partnerships
* Identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Manage the pipeline by consistently and accurately forecasting using the Technology Sales CRM system
* Understand and articulate the business value (tangible and measurable) our clients receive from using IBM Logo and MVS Support.
* Proficient in objection handling, negotiation techniques, pricing and delegation.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Bachelor's degree holder from Computer Science / Information Technology / Business management
* Any working experience in IT is a plus.
* Should be highly motivated, collaborative and a self-learner
* Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be an added advantage
