Duties & Responsibilities:
● Report to the Principal and Assistant Principal, collaborate with other staff teams such as the Maintenance & Repair team, Technical / IT Facility Team and the Finance Department, to jointly ensure the school campus and facilities are well-maintained, fit for purpose, and meet health and safety requirements.
● Liaise with academic and administrative staff on their needs and requirements; report to the Principal and Assistant Principal and jointly decide on project priorities and budgets.
● Assist the Principal and his Senior Executive Team in compiling capital expenditure budget reports for presentation to the School Supervisor and School Board Meetings for approvals and fundings.
● For smaller internal repair and maintenance projects without the appointment of consultants, compile scope of project works, specifications and other tender/quotation documents; Execute tendering or quotation procedures and recommend appointment of suitable contractor; Supervise contractors' work in collaboration with the Head of Maintenance and Repair Team and the Janitorial Team etc.
● Coordinate with government departments such as the Education Bureau, Buildings Department, Architectural Services Department etc. on all statutory matters related to the campus buildings and facilities. Apply for and manage Major Repair works and other project funded by government, external agencies or internal fundings. Compile periodic progress reports as required.
Requirements:
● A team player with strong interpersonal skills and passion for building maintenance and construction projects.
● Degree, Diploma and / or Certificate in building on facility management or other construction-related fields would be an advantage
● 3 years or more experience in project and/or facilities management, including planning, tendering, managing, monitoring and control of construction and maintenance projects.
● Experience in liaising with government departments is highly preferred.
● Skilled in communications such as written and spoken Chinese and English, and proficiency in project scheduling, costing and reporting.
● General IT skills such as the use of MS Office, Adobe CS; Use of technical drawing applications such as AutoCAD and/or sketchup etc. would be a definite advantage.

- Support the selection and offer process for all campus programs
- Manage the onboarding process for all hires
- Administration - Support Campus Recruiters in admin related tasks
- Programs – Coordinating support in admin, logistics arrangement and performance review.
- Add value - Create awareness and understanding of campus events, recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge with the business.
- 3-5 years experience as a coordinator / administrator within RPO or in-house banking
- Candidates with Early Careers & Campusrecruitment coordination background will have an advantage
- Solid experience planning, administration and organizing skills as a coordinator / administrator (ideally in a Bank)
- You strive in managing high volume tasks, structured environment with excellent attention detail
- You are client focused, proactive and a team player
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- You enjoy muti-tasking and working in an agile fast-moving environment
- Experienced user to MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The campus security manager (CSM) leads a team of site security personnel, including site managers and security officers and is accountable for delivery of physical security related services at one or more assigned datacenters in a geographic area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages physical security operations at multiple critical infrastructure facilities.
- Drives safety programming for the security team with a goal of zero workplace injuries onsite.
- Actively manages site security personnel; partners with the local branch to recruit and hire, oversee onboarding, training, and development at the sites.
- Ensures each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
- Plans, assigns, and manages physical security projects and tasks to timely completion.
- Coaches security employees and carries out disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of site security operations and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Utilizes excellent customer service and communication skills, sets the example and holds site security staff accountable to do the same.
- Ensures site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded; works with the regional security manager (RSM) to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.
- Meets regularly with the client and Securitas corporate management representatives for account reviews, addresses issues in a timely manner, and supports security planning, assessments, and surveys.
- Keeps management informed of major accomplishments, issues, and concerns.
- Follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits.
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Splits time equally between sites, building familiarity with each location, leading the team, building the program, and coaching for success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the security industry

- Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or a related field

- Experience working in a datacenter environment a plus
