• Assist to formulate Debt Investment Strategy

• Work directly with issuer clients in tandem with industry / country teams to develop a deep understanding of their company business models, financial metrics, management teams, and projected future performance

• Process coordination from deal launch to signing, in close cooperation with the client, its advisers and other internal and external parties, including investor outreach, active communication with investors / management, and overall transaction management

The Quality Control (International) team (“QC”) of the Investment Banking Department reports to the Global Head of Quality Control and the Head of Investment Banking Department (International).
