Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Motorola Solutions

This role is an individual contributor role and will be reporting directly to the Regional Director of the business unit. Your main responsibilities would be to grow the business where your verticals will traditionally be of government, public institutions, and conglomerates. You are to win new businesses and consult them on how your solutions can enhance their operations and security through the means of technology.

Your general responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Providing and selling technology devices, including bundled solutions to enhance customer’s operations.
  • Generate leads, turning leads into valid opportunities for the team to work on initial pilot projects, and ultimately to close contracts to seal the revenue generation.
  • Assist in developing and executing corporate client level selling strategies.
  • Develop and nurture any high potential leads. You are to engage through your professional acquaintances, events (conferences, seminars, etc.), business and client presentations.
  • Relate and circle with regional executives and decision makers. You are to establish a trusted and credible relationship and being able to deliver your commitments.
  • Strategically assess your customer vertical targets to work & engage with. You are to support the team to develop fruitful strategic business relationship.
  • Build and maintain your network within the industry to position and grow the business as the telecommunication technology partner of choice.
  • Be the leader in putting effort for understanding client’s needs, business visits, and for business collaboration/meetings.
  • Be impactful in answering client’s request when devising business deals and agreements for RFI/RFPs. The sales cycle will be long.
  • You are to be empathetic and objective in solutioning for clients by understanding their background motives, pain-points, and history of their effort done.
  • Continuously learn new developments, solutions, and trends to adopt. You are to be relevant with the market on your offerings and solutions proposal.
  • Positively assist & collaborate on won projects under transitions.

Basic Requirements

  • You need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen to win the competition.
  • You are required to foster and grow mutually fruitful relationship, objective in negotiation, and convincing influencing skills.
  • Your technologies and solutions are premium and will always face competition that are priced lower.
  • You will face obstacles throughout your journey with the business. This role needs you to be present, effective, able to negotiate appropriately, and to mediate conflicts of interests.
  • While your primary objective is to drive revenue growth for the business, it is also dependent on your communication skills that are needed to be tactful, objective, and rational.
  • Existing professional contacts and networks within the public institutions and conglomerates is a major plus

  • Candidates must be confident and comfortable presenting business solutions to a C-Level audience
  • Demonstrated performance against sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated negation skills in a complex solutions environment
  • Experience and training in high level account management and client relationship development.
  • Experience leading a team through organisational change processes
  • Ability to communicate/negotiate with staff at all levels within a law firm (essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential).
  • High level presentation skills (essential).

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for seeking out and maintaining new and existing business across the digital, print, social and experiential. To prospect for new business and drive the full sales cycle. They will receive a sector and agency patch and will be tasked with sales targets. Bi-lingual preferred (English & Chinese). From time to time you will also need to Project or Campaign manage larger, strategic programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect commercial leads by utilizing online and offline sources to cultivate new business, proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Continuously develop and maintain a pipeline of business from both agency and direct clients
  • Drive the full sales cycle – i.e. attain new business through a variety of means including prospecting; pitching for new work; negotiating to optimize deals for Time Out; executing and closing deals to a high standard; client relationship development; long-term client retention
  • Consistently aim to close new deals with the ambition to exceed monthly sales targets
  • Work autonomously with sales support including the Campaign, Branded Content and Editorial departments
  • Run their own patch like their own business and help train/ develop new team members where needed
  • Support the wider sales and campaigns team where needed
  • Delegate to campaign managers for commercial production and to compile accurate post-campaign reports
  • Consistently remain up to date on our audience stats, point of difference and key products

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate needs 2- 4 years media experience and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and sector knowledge. This is perfect for someone with hustle, grit and ability to service clients but also develop business in the process. A passion for travel, food, drink and arts/culture is a must! For candidates with more experience we will consider their application and have the potential to extend this role to Manager level.

As a cyber security sales manager, you will be responsible for all sales of Hillstone security products and solutions through Hillstone authorized channel partners or directly. You will report to sales VP.

The role is predominantly customer facing, requiring ownership of, and an ability to develop, drive and execute all phases of the sales cycle, including but not limited to the identification and qualification of opportunities, high level solution design, solution presentation, commercial negotiation and order processing.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead security account plans and strategies using all cross-functional resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, services, etc) to achieve your quota.

Drive revenue growth through expanding new resellers and new customers, and through new project identification, creation, and attach opportunities to achieve your yearly quota

Build good relationships with end customers to develop incremental product and service business.

Team with Hillstone authorized channel partners on sales opportunities bringing to bear their capabilities where appropriate.

Partner closely with technical resources to ensure technical perfection in all, positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, and exchanges. Provide customers and partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required.

Actively participate in cyber security events and partner activities. Contribute to the development of Hillstone cyber security proposition.

Requirements:

* Degree in business administration or a related field

* 3 years + sales experience with focus on large account management

* Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding

* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

* Strong business sense and industry expertise

* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Responsibilities

  • Establishing strong and productive relationships with new clients and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among existing partners;
  • Conducting negotiations, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements;
  • Showcasing the full range of EMCD products and services, including mining tools, analytics platforms, and fintech solutions;
  • Acquiring new clients through cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events and conferences;
  • Collecting and analyzing market data, studying the competitive landscape, evaluating customer behavior, and preparing recommendations for process improvement;
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, technical support, and other internal teams to enhance the competitiveness of EMCD offerings;

  • Delivering regular analytical reports and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and client base development.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2C or B2B sectors;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data;
  • High technical literacy (knowledge of blockchain technologies, mining, and related products will be a plus);
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions in simple terms;
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnership relationships;
  • Ability to plan work independently and achieve results in an autonomous work environment;
  • Proactivity, flexibility, goal-orientation, and willingness to work in a fast-evolving industry;
  • Proficiency in the Russian language.
