About this role
Coaches in Skills Lab are essential guides and mentors who facilitates learning through practice, offer tailored feedback, and motivate consultants to achieve their full potential. They play a crucial role in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, they help consultants gain confidence in their abilities, supporting them in applying skills in real-world situations by providing personalized feedback and support, enhancing the overall learning experience, and leading to better retention and mastery of skills. Coaches also play a crucial role in assessing FDM applicants' capabilities and fitness to join FDM, as well as support Sales analysing the clients' needs and aligning the Skills lab offering accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead and manage Skills Lab sessions, ensuring a productive and engaging learning environment
· Provide individualized feedback and support to consultants, addressing their specific needs and challenges
· Regularly evaluate consultants' performance through observation, one-on-one interview, and assessment tools
· Offer constructive feedback, highlighting strengths, suggesting areas for growth, marking, and uploading assessments results into the system, as well as logging the constructive feedback conversation with the consultants.
· Design and implement practical projects that align with the learning objectives.
· Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere, encouraging active participation and collaboration.
· Participate in the recruitment selection process by assessing candidates’ ability to learn new concepts and apply them in practical situations
· Lead mock interviews by simulating real interview scenarios tailored to the industry and job roles consultants are targeting
· Assist consultants in crafting professional resumes that effectively highlight their skills and achievements using FDM official templates
· Support Sales by acting as a SME aiding account managers in client calls and proposal creation
· When required, act as technical mentor in a Skills Lab Consultant POD by guiding consultants and showing them the way to solve some technical problems
What we look for
· Postgraduate degree and above in an IT related field.
· Relevant Industry experience of 3-5 years.
· Proven ability to learn new technologies and generate training documentation in a timely manner
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· Excellent analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills both technically and functionally
· Demonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical business owners on a technical solution.
· Works well in a fast-paced environment and within a team
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
· Proven expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working in an Agile environment.
Preferred qualifications
Candidates should have two or more of the following skills, depending on the primary practice they would be joining:
· AngularJS, Angular 7, NodeJS, React, and KnockoutJS
· Android Programming, PhoneGap, Cordova, Objective-C and Swift
· Selenium, Cucumber, Kubernetes, Jasmine, Karma, JSPerf, and JSFiddle

- support members with training sessions and preparation for competitions
- prepare competition horses for members to participate in competitions
- Management & development of competition horses
- assist the Performance Coaches to plan and execute individualised exercise, training and competition programs to produce, develop & maintain competition horses
- undertake and record daily exercise and training of the horses both under saddle and from the ground, on the flat and over jumps
- effectively manage the routine and diet of competition horses to maintain good behaviour and physical and mental well being
- compete horses in BREC events to educate and develop their competitive careers before passing to members
- review & examine tack to ensure cleanliness, safety & optimum fit for horses
- Support the Senior Manager Equestrian and BRRS operations
- ensure the best welfare and well-being of horses and ponies by working cooperatively with Vets, Farriers, Equestrian Supervisors, Equestrian Assistants and Coaches
- promote client participation in BREC events and livery ownership
- support & adhere to HKJC and EAD management policies & procedures
- Complete administration tasks
- attend weekly coach meetings
- support the administration team to provide timely and efficient services to members
- submit horse allocations in accordance with the lesson planning schedule
- submit incident reports within 12 hours of such event
- maintain accurate weekly exercise records & lesson attendance records
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Senior Manager, Equestrian or their approved delegates

Line Manager: Human Resources Manager
Job Purpose
This entry-level role in Corporate HR Team supports the full spectrum of the employee life cycle, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, documentation, payroll preparation, and coordination of employment-related activities. The incumbent will also provide essential administrative support to the HR team and facilitate communication between the Corporate HR Team and all school HR teams. This role is critical to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the Group Offices. Key Areas of Accountabilities
Management / Professional Focus
- Support the Manager in managing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, tax, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate visa applications and related mobilization matters for new and existing employees.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.
Operational Focus
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding logistics and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and School HR to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Organize logistics for HR meetings, training, and events.
Others
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Support HRIS audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Person Specifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience; exposure to PRC practices is an absolute advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of HR Officer.
- Basic understanding of Hong Kong and China labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and flexibility.
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
