Requirements

  • University degree, preferably with LOMA qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in life insurance industry.
  • Possess solid product knowledge.
  • Understanding AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions and all Risk activities.
  • Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint are preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
  • Sound experience in HNW or Broker business is an advantage.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.

Working within a trauma-informed, culturally safe framework, you'll provide personalised case management, connect clients to vital services, and help them build a path toward stability and independence. Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated and culturally safe support.

About you:

You're a compassionate and committed professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage young people from diverse backgrounds using a trauma-informed and culturally safe approach. You remain calm under pressure, manage complex situations with empathy and sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can balance a dynamic caseload, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Services (e.g., Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, Community Development) or Diploma in the related field of study
  • Extensive relevant experience maybe considered in lieu of qualifications
  • Experience working with Young People and their families
  • Experience working with Aboriginal people and communities in the provision of support services
