The Senior Catering & Events Manager is responsible for contracting and closing local catering and social business, ensuring proper and timely business turnover for quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates are team players with a can-do attitude, preferably with relevant experience in the luxury market. Success in this role is rooted in a passion for service, high standards, anticipation of needs, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Catering & Event Manager position.

• Provide professional guest services to guests
• Handle & solve guest complaint and reflect guests' comment to the management
• Train, guide and lead team members to carry out individual duties and responsibilities
• Give comments and suggestions to supervisor on daily operation
  
  

• Form 5 or above
• 2 years of experience in banquet operation or F&B superivision is preferred
• Fast learner, positive attitude, willing to work on shift and long hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
