We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event & Catering Sales Manager to lead our events and catering business. Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for all event inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Develop customized proposals and detailed event plans.
- Oversee all event logistics, from planning and scheduling to on-the-day coordination and teardown.
- Work closely with surf, bar, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Design and host innovative in-house themed events that reflect our brand values.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
- Drive catering sales with a focus on achieving quarterly revenue and partnership goals.
- Manage catering inquiries, proposals, contracts, and negotiations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and understand customers’ needs and expectations, prepare quotations, contracts and Event orders
- Responsible for corporate / wedding planning and event proposal for clients
- Meet potential clients and conduct site inspection and presentation in a professional manner
- Coordinate with banquet operation team and follow up logistics for pre-event to ensure a smooth execution of all events
- Identify business opportunities and maximize Events and Catering business revenue by applying effective sales strategies, conducting and monitoring sales activities in the team
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry
- Diploma or Degree holders in Hospitality Management, Business or relevant disciplines
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- A good team player with outgoing personality and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, sales oriented, good sense of responsibility, committed to take challenge and able to work independently
- Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 5-day Work Week
