Job Descriptions:
- Support and manage the operational support for critical cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance and stability;
- Support adoption and implementation of Cloud Infrastructure;
- Maintain and administer Windows Server environments, both on-premises and within Azure/AWS. Oversee and manage identity and access solutions, specifically Azure Active Directory (AAD);
- Implement best practices for Identity and Access Management (IAM), data protection, network security (e.g. firewalls, WAFs) and regulatory compliance across all cloud platforms;
- Support complex cloud-related projects, including large-scale cloud migrations and system integrations;
- Implement and utilise monitoring and alerting tools to track the health, performance and cost of the cloud infrastructure;
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to team members and other IT professionals;

Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Computer Science or related discipline;
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration and managing hybrid or cloud-native identity and access solutions using Azure Active Directory (AAD);
- Solid experience in designing, implementing and maintaining robust, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on both Azure and AWS. This includes proficiency with core services such as compute, storage, networking and security configurations;
- A strong command of automation and modern DevOps practices. Good scripting skills in languages such as Python or PowerShell;
- Proven ability to implement and enforce best practices for cloud governance and security. Experience should cover identity and access management (IAM), data protection, network security (firewalls, WAFs) and regulatory compliance;
- Relevant professional certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or ITIL, are highly preferred; and
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Serving as a member of the in-house project team in the Digital Policy Office to provide technical support for (A) the implementation of a one-stop web platform for application and processing of after-death related public services and (B) the on-going enhancement and maintenance of Government web portal(s) on a multi-site platform.

Part A related duties:
- i. To provide overall technical support for the design and development of the platform
