We are seeking a highly capable and driven professional to serve as Director, Project Management, CEO Office. This role will support the Head of Business Management, CEO Office in leading key strategic projects across Asia Wealth and Asset Management. The role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives aligned with the region’s strategic priorities.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy, goals, and commitments.
- Coordinate and manage workstreams assigned by the Head of Business Management, CEO Office, even when ownership resides within another business unit.
- Oversee execution of key strategic and cross-functional projects, which include:
- Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources
- Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Building and managing cross-functional project teams
- Allocating or recommending resource assignments
- Monitoring project performance and quality assurance
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Reporting project status and updates to stakeholders
- Presenting progress, challenges, and recommended solutions to senior leadership
- Managing change processes to meet evolving project needs
- Evaluating and assessing outcomes upon project completion
- Coordinate across markets and functions to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and supporting senior leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and time management
- Experience in strategic planning and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience resolving conflicts and managing multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in Asia and exposure to asset or wealth management is preferred

Position Responsibilities
- Assume select responsibilities assigned by the Asia GWAM CEO to optimize CEO time and resources to ensure efficient role performance.
- Coordinate Asia GWAM CEO Office’;s communications, planning, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal communications teams to plan and deliver key internal events, such as Town Halls and monthly business updates.
- Prepare and manage executive briefing materials, executive decks and presentations, ensuring the timely execution of internal and external Asia GWAM CEO deliverables.
- Drive alignment across teams, organize and coordinate senior-level meetings and offsites.
- Track commitments and follow-up actions across the Asia leadership team to ensure timely execution
- Manage the Asia GWAM CEO’s schedule with a focus on prioritizing activities, coordinate external and internal meetings (such as ADEC, GWLT, ELC, and Board updates) and associated critical commitments.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Job Scope
- Responsible for leading various asset management businesses, such as equity investment, fixed income investment, private equity funds, cross-border investment, etc.
- Oversee the product construction and promotion of project implementation
- Leading the team to maintain and expand client relationships, including establishing deep collaborative relationships with branches, implementing commercial and investment linkage business and achieving the company's assigned intermediate income targets

Job Requirements:

- Experience in brokerage, asset management, or DCM is highly preferred
- Familiar with various asset management products (especially private equity funds, bank wealth management products, cross-border investment products, etc)
- Strong risk and compliance awareness and business development capabilities
- Holds or qualifies for registration as a Responsible Officer for Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities under the SFC
