Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO
  • Assist in end-to-end administrative processes for construction and engineering projects in Macau, including preparation and submission of applications to the Macau Land and Urban Construction Bureau (DSSCU), such as prior approvals, building permits, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, regulatory submissions, and government correspondence in both Chinese and Portuguese bilingual formats
  • Serve as a key liaison between Hong Kong management and Macau-based partners, consultants, contractors, and government departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up
  • Coordinate business trips to Macau and GBA
  • Handle ad hoc projects related to urban development, heritage conservation, or infrastructure initiatives in Macau

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Familiarity with Macau's urban development regulations is strong advantage
  • Prior experience working in a construction company, engineering consultancy, or government agency in Macau is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Ability to read and understand basic Portuguese-language construction notices or official letters is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently
