- Provide full spectrum of both personal and company-related matters support to the Senior Executive
- Professionally coordinate all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Senior Executive and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and business operations
- Handle confidential information and special projects with discretion and professionalism
- Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Executive
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration and Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial support experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional, pleasant demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines
- Mature, meticulous, detail-minded, well-organized and a good team player
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant business software

- We are looking for PERSONAL ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business / personal matters
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes·
- Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
- Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party
- Prepare minutes, reports and the presentation materials
- Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
- Degree holder
- 1+ years secretarial experience
- Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is a plus
- Experienced in supervising daily admin operations
- Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)

- Mon to Fri 9am-5pm; 5 days work

As our Office Management Assistant in Hong Kong, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for our staff, students, and visitors.
What You’ll Do- Greet visitors, answer calls, and create a warm, professional front desk experience
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate courier services
- Handle stock-in/out of company materials with logistics partners
- Manage office supplies, maintain equipment, and prepare business cards
- Assist with visa applications, hotel bookings, and organize internal events and staff activities
- Support ad-hoc tasks and team needs
- HKDSE or above (fresh graduates welcome!)
- Experience in reception, admin, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly phone manner
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Overseas study/work experience or a passion for travel is a plus
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication in Chinese and English
- Calm under pressure, handle requests gracefully
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
