Service Line Overview
You will join the Digital Enablement team under the Technology Consulting practice. You will become a key member of a team that helps clients' IT management create a forward-looking perspective that uses IT to enhance business value, and helps improve the efficiency of IT services, to support businesses' stable, long-term development. As a team, we are a group of bright individuals who are passionate about having fun both inside and outside of work.
Key Responsibilities
You will work alongside other consultants on a variety of digital transformation topics. Every project is different, but you can expect to deliver technology consulting projects in the following areas:
- Digital and IT strategy formulation
- Digital-enabled business model development
- IT target operating model design and implementation
- IT capability and organisation design
- IT due diligence
- Advisory and strategy planning on innovative technology adoption, such as GenAI
- Support and drive the project delivery and advise the best-fit recommendations to the clients
- Lead the client facing workshops, interviews, and discussions
- Effectively manage workstreams and projects, and manage performance of the teams working on assigned engagements to deliver client ready deliverables and outcomes
- Support business development activities including proposal development, thought leadership, and marketing events
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and develop / improve your network of business contacts
- Stay current on industry/sector and technology trends and leading practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- At least 3 years of consulting or relevant experience in strategy planning, digital transformation, or technology implementation
- Good understanding of IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, Al, blockchain, automation, and/or data
- Good stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and on a tight timeline
- ITIL / TOGAF / Agile / Project Management certifications are preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Chinese

Responsibilities- Design and prepare all the regular control or monitoring reports.
- Draft internal self-assessment reports on Compliance and Operational risk issues.
- Provide comments on internal policies and procedures to ensure controls on various risks are addressed.
- Draft internal control measures.
- Coordinate internal and external audit examinations and monitor the implementation of corrective measures.
- Conduct internal control and compliance activities, including drafting control measures and sample checking.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mathematical statistics, science and engineering, business or related fields are preferred, and the ability to use both Chinese and English as working languages is also required.
- More than 5 years of experience in growth strategy/business analysis/market analysis/industry analysis/business analysis, proficient in Excel, SQL and other tools, able to proficiently use ChatGPT to solve difficult problems.
- Candidates with experience in managing teams are preferred.
- Strong communication and promotion skills, self-driven, able to timely promote the resolution of business issues.
- Strong logical thinking ability, strong willingness and ability to learn, able to continuously explore new things.
