**Job Responsibilities**

**Job Qualifications**
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Minimum 15 years of experience in channel marketing, affinity partnerships, or B2B/B2C marketing leadership roles.
· Proven track record in driving growth through channels and business partners.

**Position Responsibilities:**
Partner with the respective regional and local country leadership teams to develop a framework and drive a connected approach to deliver growth and transformation. Collaborate with regional, local executives and cross function teams to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives, financial and non-financial results, management of the in-force blocks of businesses, as well as maximising synergies across partnerships.
Strategy implementation and business transformation
- Recommend and implement strategic initiatives to accelerate partnership results.
- Formulate and implementing product propositions strategies, sales and marketing plan, process and platform initiatives to support partnership penetrations and channel management.
- Enable the development and implementation of the strategic planning process to achieve our bold ambition and partner with key stakeholders to define strategic initiatives and implementation roadmap for each local country.
- Prepare the strategy deliverables and presentations for each business unit with inputs and content from local teams; link up local country strategic initiatives with the financial plan and seek alignment across key functions in the region.
- Monitor industry developments, trends, market intelligence, perform benchmarking analysis and peer comparison. analyse customer behavior to maintain our competitiveness in the market.
- Support ad-hoc special projects to support partnership growth.
Performance and business management
- Partner with markets on specific performance improvement areas by providing project management, analytical support & leadership to performance improvement SWAT teams with the outcome being plan achievement and/or exceeding plan target.
- Coordinate with bank partners and internal departments, including Operation in streamlining processes and Risk and Compliance in ensuring adherence of relevant policies and guidelines.
- Analyse financial and operational data to perform variance analysis with plans and forecasts on regular basis to identify trends, issues and make recommendation for improvements.
- Coordinate monthly EM segment and BUs business review meetings to ensure financial and non-financial performance, key issues and progress of strategic initiatives are discussed and executed / resolved and manage follow up actions.
- Drive and manage ad-hoc/special projects and/or requests.
Portfolio and in-force management
- Partner with regional and senior country leadership teams to review and manage the in-force block of businesses actively and proactively.
- Establish appropriate management reporting, leveraging existing processes and information to the extent possible, to provide information on the various in force financial health measures.
- Develop clearly defined KPIs and review process of each initiative to enhance engagement and ownership to drive performance.

**Requirements**
+ University degree in Business Administration / Finance or a related discipline
+ Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (Paper 1, 2 and 3)
+ Minimum of one year's retail banking experience

**In this role you will:**
+ Handle inbound calls and provide high-quality service to Top-tier customers by effectively resolving their enquiries, and deliver professional written communication via digital service channels to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
+ Interpret and analyze customer enquiries from vocal and digital channels to understand their needs while actively listening to provide tailored recommendations and offer appropriate financial products, services, and solutions
+ Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path
+ Benefit from extensive training, learning opportunities, support from your peers and managers and exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services and technologies
**To be successful you will need:**
+ Higher Diploma or above
+ Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
+ Strong written communication skills in local language and English with good use of grammar and vocabulary to effectively service customers
+ Proficiency in navigating through multiple digital platforms and applications with minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in Traditional Chinese
+ Candidates should be computer literate and capable of using and navigating through multiple computer systems and applications
+ Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
+ Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role

**The Role**
As Head of Innovation and Digital Partnerships, HASE and HK you'll build and scale a high-impact innovation pipeline for HSBC in Hong Kong across all HK entities and brands including Hang Seng Bank. As part of a global team and the Hong Kong CIO leadership team, this role shapes and delivers the local innovation and partnership agenda that supports the Hong Kong technology strategy. The focus is on strategic ecosystem and AI partnerships that convert external collaboration into measurable customer value, efficiency and growth. You'll own relationships with key innovation stakeholders in Hong Kong and represent the Hong Kong business in our Group-wide innovation agenda. Success means a governed pipeline of co-creation opportunities that moves from identification to pilots to scale, with outcomes that matter.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Define and execute Hong Kong innovation ecosystem partnerships with stakeholders including HKSTP, HKUST, Cyberport and the HKMA Fintech Facilitation Office
+ Own senior external relationships and convert partnership commitments into a measurable co-creation pipeline delivering customer value, efficiency and growth
+ Represent Hong Kong in the Group AI Partnerships workstream and build a focused local AI partner innovation portfolio from idea through pilot delivery and scale
+ Maximise value from Big Tech and other AI partnerships including Chinese partners for the Hong Kong business
+ Coordinate end-to-end HSBC Hong Kong and Hang Seng Bank participation at Hong Kong FinTech Week and other innovation events to deliver tangible outcomes
+ Design and run innovation challenges that mobilise internal teams and external ecosystem players to ideate, validate and commercialise solutions
+ Act as an ambassador across conferences and external events translating market and regulatory developments into clear business value for senior stakeholders
+ Progress proven Hong Kong innovations into scalable deployments by aligning Group stakeholders, embedding solutions into delivery roadmaps and enabling replication across markets
**What we're looking for**
+ Proven experience shaping and executing innovation strategies within a large organisation
+ Substantial experience building and governing external partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes
+ Hands-on experience taking innovations from opportunity identification through MVP or pilot to scaled deployment
+ Experience working with emerging technologies and AI partnerships including engagement with major technology providers
+ Ability to mobilise cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology and external partners through workshops, sprints, hackathons or similar forums
+ Experience establishing and sustaining innovation culture initiatives such as innovation challenges, showcases, industry days or external FinTech engagements
+ Experience interpreting market and regulatory developments and communicating their impact to senior stakeholders
+ Strong communication in senior internal and external settings, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations with material business impact

**Principal Responsibilities**
+ Proactively perform outbound warm calls to selected customers and handle inbound calls as and when required
+ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
+ Provide comprehensive and professional banking services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards
+ Support the Bank's initiatives as and when necessary
**Qualifications**
+ Higher Diploma or above
+ Ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone and be a good problem solver
+ Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
+ Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week
+ No banking experience is required as training will be provided
+ Applicants with prior customer service experience, and holding either an investment (HKSI 1,7,8) or insurance license (IIQE 1, 2, 3) , will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
