Job Description
As the **Restaurant Manager** at **Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong** , you will create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests. Lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team. Proper guest service requires a staff that is thoroughly trained in service etiquette, product knowledge, and makes every effort to meet the needs of each and every guest.
**A little taste of your day-to-day**
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
+ Overseeing daily operations of our all-day dining restaurant with poise and precision
+ Driving team engagement and guest satisfaction during high-volume services
+ Engaging with guests daily to gather feedback and refine the guest experience
+ Analyzing guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement
+ Partnering with the culinary team to deliver seasonal, story-driven menus
+ Ensuring consistent execution of service standards and guest touchpoints
+ Supporting recruitment, training, and performance development of the service team.
**What we need from you**
+ A minimum of 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in managing all day dining or high volume restaurants
+ A bachelor's degree in in hospitality management, restaurants, culinary management or equivalent
+ A holder of local Hygiene Manager Certificate and/or Food Safety and Hygiene certification
+ Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
+ Good planning, organising and problem solving skills
+ Ability to stay composed under pressure and lead by example
+ Passion for storytelling through food and service
+ Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle hotel standards is a plus
+ Excellent command in English speaking and writing; speaking Chinese and/or other languages is an advantage
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
