- Support problem solving of moderate complexity.
- Implement continuous improvement methods like FMEAs, SDRs, A3s, and 3P activities.
- Lead product variants from concept to implementation.
- Conduct failure analysis on high-speed modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Photonics, Physics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in electronics or optical product manufacturing.
- Knowledge of electronic and optical terminology.
- Strong teamwork, communication, documentation, and presentation skills; committed to continuous improvement.
- Proactive, capable of planning tasks and small projects, and adhering to deadlines under tight schedules.
- Excellent data analysis skills, goal-oriented, and task-driven.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of JMP, MiniTAB, Agile, ChatGPT is a plus.
