We're looking for a high-conviction, execution-oriented CEO to lead the project, drive go-to-market strategy, and help shape the future of decentralized markets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Set and lead the company's strategic direction across product, operations, growth, and capital formation, working deeply with the broader Ergonia trading and venture-building teams
  • Institutional Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with capital allocators, liquidity providers, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Go-to-Market: Own the customer development cycle, from initial traction to product-market fit and scale
  • Team Building: Recruit and manage a world-class team across engineering, operations, and BD
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee financials, legal, compliance, and company ops

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience (CEO, GM, Founder, or Partner) at the intersection of crypto, fintech, or trading
  • Deep understanding of crypto market structure, particularly DeFi and derivatives
  • Strong network in DeFI
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams, and execute in fast-moving environments
  • High integrity, high agency, and an obsession with building best-in-class financial products

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage.

What We Look For In You

  • More than 5 years of experience in growth strategy/business analysis/market analysis/industry analysis/business analysis, proficient in Excel, SQL and other tools, able to proficiently use ChatGPT to solve difficult problems.
  • Candidates with experience in managing teams are preferred.
  • Strong communication and promotion skills, self-driven, able to timely promote the resolution of business issues.
  • Strong logical thinking ability, strong willingness and ability to learn, able to continuously explore new things.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mathematical statistics, science and engineering, business or related fields are preferred, and the ability to use both Chinese and English as working languages is also required.
  • More than 5 years of experience in growth strategy/business analysis/market analysis/industry analysis/business analysis, proficient in Excel, SQL and other tools, able to proficiently use ChatGPT to solve difficult problems.
  • Candidates with experience in managing teams are preferred.
  • Strong communication and promotion skills, self-driven, able to timely promote the resolution of business issues.
  • Strong logical thinking ability, strong willingness and ability to learn, able to continuously explore new things.

  • A change agent and excellent team player.
  • Excellent analytic, organizing and interpersonal skills.
  • Be familiar with both Hong Kong and Mainland China working practice and culture.
  • Excellent Chinese writing skills, good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
