Some Key Skills And Experience
- A PhD in a related discipline and/or relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in teaching design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness and a strong commitment to educational excellence
- Experience using and/or designing with educational technologies and online delivery methods
- Up-to-date disciplinary knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience with curriculum design, including work-integrated learning or industry engagement (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to support students from diverse backgrounds and contribute to equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives

About The Role
To leverage analytical skills and strategic thinking in developing and implementing comprehensive business plans that align with organizational goals, optimize resource allocation, and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of business plans and strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform planning decisions.
- Analyze financial, claim and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards to present insights to management
- Work closely with different teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, marketing to gather input and ensure alignment on business objectives
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus on planning initiatives
- Support the budgeting process by coordinating inputs from various departments
- Monitor budget compliance and provide variance analysis to stakeholders
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Recommend adjustments to plans based on performance data and feedback
- Prepare sales presentation / communication material
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of business plans, processes, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on planning progress and outcomes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and new initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budgets
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years working experience
- Good communication skills to simplify complicated benefit design to layman terms
- Good personal skills to liaise with business partners and external parties
- Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plus
- With relevant insurance license is preferred
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities

About The Role
To leverage analytical skills and strategic thinking in developing and implementing comprehensive business plans that align with organizational goals, optimize resource allocation, and drive sustainable growth. Committed to fostering cross-functional collaboration and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes.
Support our sustainable business growth of existing portfolio and develop new business by maintaining the strong relationship with our business partners and clients via the different host the event and massive communication
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of business plans and strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform planning decisions.
- Analyze financial, claim and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards to present insights to management
- Work closely with different teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, marketing to gather input and ensure alignment on business objectives
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus on planning initiatives
- Support the budgeting process by coordinating inputs from various departments
- Monitor budget compliance and provide variance analysis to stakeholders
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Recommend adjustments to plans based on performance data and feedback
- Prepare sales presentation / communication material
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of business plans, processes, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on planning progress and outcomes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and new initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budgets
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years working experience
- Good communication skills to simplify complicated benefit design to layman terms
- Good personal skills to liaise with business partners and external parties
- Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plus
- With relevant insurance license is preferred
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
