Job Description
THE COMPANY:
- Professional cleaning service, disinfecting service and pest control service provider
- Main customers: corporate clients, schools, elderly centres.etc in Hong Kong
- We are looking for SALES & OPERATION MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Build and enhance relationship with existing clients through contract renewals
- Develop new potential clients by building relationships with potential prospects
- Handle inquiries, turn inquiries to successful business
- Meet with customers to build & enhance relationship
- Conduct Sales presentation to customers, present Company product/service features & benefits
- Prepare quotation, pitching proposals, tender submission and presentations materials for existing clients
- Preparing Sales report regularly
- 3+ years Sales experience preferably B2B selling to corporate clients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese is must
- Experience in cleaning service, pest control, environmental industries is an advantage
- 5 days work: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
- Medical insurance
- Bank Holiday
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers through contract renewals
- Develop potential new customers and establish connections with potential customers
- Handle new customer inquiries and convert them into successful business
- Meet with clients to build and strengthen relationships
- Introduce the features and advantages of the company's products/services to customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, bidding documents and briefing materials for existing clients
- Prepare sales reports regularly
- More than three years of sales experience, with business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be fluent in Cantonese
- Candidates with experience in cleaning services, pest control or environmental protection industry will be considered preferred
- Five-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Help provide a warm, welcoming environment for staff and residents alike as a Kitchen/Servery/Cleaning Attendant at our McNamara Lodge facility in Meadow Springs, Mandurah. As a Kitchen/Servery/Cleaning Attendant with RAAFA, you will work closely and collaboratively with other teams and clinical staff to ensure the needs and desires of the residents are met efficiently and effectively. Whether it's maintaining a clean and tidy state within the Residential Care Centre, providing clean linen and personal items or assisting with the provision of meals, drinks and snacks, you will contribute to the maintenance of a home-like environment for our residents.
This Role As a Kitchen/Servery/Cleaning Attendant Will See You
- Performing all food handling duties in accordance with Foodsafe Hygiene Regulations
- Communicate with residents and staff to ensure that meals and snacks provided meet quality and choice expectations
- Assist residents with choices from the menu as published
- Perform cleaning duties as per the kitchen cleaning schedules and documenting when duties are completed
- Collect, launder, fold and return linen for residents as per the cleaning schedule
- Ensure the laundry is clean, tidy and equipment is used safely and correctly
- Contribute to a safe working environment by identifying or reporting all incidents, accidents and hazards
- Contribute to maintaining a home-like environment for residents.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment
- Ability to work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate to the elderly with empathy and understand their needs.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks.
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families and staff.
