Role Requirements:
The Senior/Account Executive will work as part of the global client team, primarily managing and delivering multiple global events for an international brand. A background in sports marketing and partnerships, ideally with experience in major events and global brands, is preferred.
The Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior/Account Executive to be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day management of a global client’s portfolio of events across multiple markets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 6 months relevant experience
- Problem-solving skills, both independently and in teams

- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

What You'll Do
Pick up and nurture assigned responsive leads
Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads on Singapore incorporation, corporate secretary, tax and accounting regulations, in order for the client to remain compliant when operating in Singapore.
Provide a thorough overview on Osome's software and onboarding processes.
Follow up with all leads in accordance to the sales cadence which include calling, emailing or texting via Whatsapp or any means the client prefers
Issue and follow up on invoices to convert the lead to a client
Inform the relevant stakeholders of a new client as part of the onboarding process
Who You Are
2-4 years of sales experience in a Start-Up/SaaS industry
Experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is an advantage
Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team
Willingness to learn, with the ability to use any and all resources to get the job done
Proficiency and experience in Google Workspace/ Microsoft Excel, CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot and Pipedrive will be an advantage

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Conduct intro calls, deep-dive discovery sessions, and dynamic product demos to uncover client pain points and position BTSE’s solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with SDRs to refine pitches, negotiate terms, and align proposals with client needs—closing deals live on calls rather than relying solely on emailed proposals.
- Anticipate and overcome objections with confidence, leveraging your expertise in fintech and white-label exchange solutions.
- Develop customized proposals and present them persuasively to decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations and drive deals to signature, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Post-Sales team.
- Metrics That Matter
- Hit (and exceed) monthly/quarterly targets for deals closed and revenue generated (setup fees + recurring revenue).
- Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic use of your $4,000/month budget for lead generation and industry events.
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within white-label crypto exchanges, fintech, or enterprise SaaS (experience with competitor platforms is a plus).
- A proven closer with a track record of smashing quotas and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication skills—you can distill technical concepts into compelling value propositions and think on your feet during negotiations.

- Participate in strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, media interviews, events, and research studies. Contribute to the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously educate yourself to remain ahead of the evolving landscape.

- Preferably with experience in account management, public relations, integrated marketing communications, or a related field.
- University graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or English.

- Support the Corporate Team in day-to-day account management for corporate clients
