• University degree with over 7 years of experience, preferably in training, financial planning, or insurance industry.
• Familiar with insurance-related regulatory requirements.
• Insurance-based qualifications such as FLMI, CFP are beneficial.
• In-depth knowledge of agency operations, management, cultures, sales practices, and market conduct.
• Good training skills in program development and delivery.
• Understanding of agency best practices and market conduct concerns, with ability to resolve agency risk management issues effectively.
• Capability and experience in data analysis from a control perspective, and skilled in creating presentation decks and management reports.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good business sense.

Your key responsibilities

• Responding to questions from individual audit teams on the application of the firm’s auditing methodology and risk management policies
• First level review of formal PPD consultations on significant auditing issues
• Making updates to financial service specific enablers and templates to reflect changes in methodology or regulatory guidance
• Other audit quality/ risk management projects which may arise on an ad hoc basis, such as assisting in the organisation of the firm’s annual audit quality review process

Skills and experience

• HKICPA (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
• A reasonable knowledge of current assurance quality and risk management issues and understanding of recent accounting developments
• Experience of managing and delivering Assurance engagements
• Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to plan ahead and manage your time

To qualify for the role you must have

• A good knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS and Auditing standards (ISA/HKSA)
• Experience in a similar role or recent experience of auditing of listed companies/other major entities
• Good organisational, project management and time management skills with a strong focus on delivering results including an ability to plan ahead and anticipate problems

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in an FS environment or within a Big 4 professional services firm

• Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
• BLS bi-yearly recertification
• ACLS is required for Critical Care Areas
• Strong leadership and influencing skill and good interpersonal skills

• Development and retention of nurses in partnership with nursing teams and HR department
• Conduct performance evaluation of nursing staff
• Hold responsibility, coordinate and implement staff orientation, in service training and staff development program
• Effectively communicate the Hospital’s vision, mission and values to nursing staff
• Assess competency mix across the unit
• Ensure that the system of clinical policies and procedures are in line, thus guiding nursing practice
• Lead, facilitate and promote patient’s clinical safety and risk management practices amongst nursing staff, facilitate hospital occurrence reviews by promoting open reporting in examining clinical incident data
• Act as mentor, coach and counselor to nurse staffs, be a role model of desired leadership and team behaviors of the nursing team
• Provide comprehensive patient care and implement safety work for maintaining safe practice
• Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve and follow through quality and service issues
• Foster sound professional collaborative relationships with members of clinical leadership, management team, frontline and the public
• Maintain good communication with doctor, patients and relatives
• Maintain and enhance nursing practice standards through participation in quality improvement programs
• Perform other assigned duties
  

• Degree in Nursing and preferably with a post-graduate Master Degree in Nursing or Healthcare / Heath Services discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification clinical nursing experience with at least 3 years in nursing management role
• Post registration specialty qualifications
• Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
• BLS bi-yearly recertification
• ACLS is required for Critical Care Areas
• Strong leadership and influencing skill and good interpersonal skills
• Experience in nursing recruitment, training and development activities
• Staff coaching and mentoring skill is essential
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages
